I stayed 3 nights. I had a room with a step-in shower. The hose/shower head was of very poor quality. It was impossible to place the shower head in the holder, and have it point down; it would always turn itself to point out into the direction of the rest of the bathroom. The curtain was too short to contain the water flow at the bottom, and it left me with a flooded bathroom and hallway. The night clerk brought a laundry basket of clean towels to mop it all up. The continental breakfast was disappointing as they had no butter of any kind to go with the waffles and the many types of bread offered. The last day they ran out of cream cheese for the bagles.

Everythihg was good. Navigation took me out into the country and said I reached my destination 😂 not even close ...but I called the hotel and they told me it was 1157 hornell days Inn so once I got there all was good ‼️

Great stop over.

Check in was easy. I told the lady I checked in online and she informed me that that is through a third party and they don't have access to it. So now my information is out there somewhere. The room smelled like chlorine. One of the beds sounded like it was going to crash because every time you laid on it the metal would bang and it sounded as if you hit the side of your stove. Loud noise. Then, some sort of beeping alarm went off twice for at least five minutes each time. Not a fire alarm just a loud beeping noise. Breakfast had no butter. The blueberry waffles didn't even have a hint of blueberry taste. Only non dairy creamer in a packet for your coffee. But the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The toilet was running when we arrived. The handle was stuck open. The faucet in the tub was very loose. There no place to latch the security handle. The lock was there but no latch. There was a loud noise that vibrated the beds. It was intermittent.

This is the worst place to stay. We were never able to talk to anyone at the front desk. The lady at the front desk was always out front on her phone. Then we saw a young lady was at the desk she keep her back to me and never turned around and address me. The ice machine stayed broke.

Hotel has been refurbished and a wonderful job was done!

I stayed there because of low cost. I when to Hornell to take care of my mother. Hornell is not a vacation destination. It is a place for people like me passing through when visiting family, in my case, mom is not well that is why I am there

Staff Conveniently located off highway

Place was clean and very quiet.

The room appeared clean. There was an unpleasant odor when we entered our room. We determined it smelled like a dirty mop and floors were sticky. We've stayed at this location multiple times with this never being an issue before Rooms have been and was comfortable.

Nice place

This was an overnight stay for a family of 4. We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the room was clean; beds were comfortable. Although the size of the room was smaller than some hotels we've stayed in, it had the needed amenities and the price was good. The only issue we had was that the toilet didnot always completely flush and needed a second flush (it was reported to hotel staff, so hopefully fixed for the next guest). We would stay here again, if we were in the area.

The room was dirty. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom upon arrival. There was hair in the bathtub and big clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable and the pillows very small.

Only warm water in the morning at 8:30am. Keys didn’t work on first try, had to go back to front desk to get new keys.

good for the night i needed it

I was assigned a room downstairs 101 and had plumbing problems from the toilet. I had to pack up and move to a different room which was louder based on inconsiderate guests. I had informed the front desk several times about the loudest and jumping up and down above me. She seems not so concerned as she said she had other complaints regarding guests. I had to listen to the noise from upstairs until midnight. Then the next morning they were up at 6:30 a.m. jumping around.. just before midnight. The desk lady was talking so loud it sounded like she was in my room.. I asked her to quiet down and she said she would. Based on the conditions of the hotel and front desk not carrying about other guests I will that return to this hotel.
