Una vez echo mi check in fui a la habitación y no me gustó, le pregunté si el hotel estaba completo y nos dijeron que un diez porciento, ahí vino mi pregunta que siendo miembro de Expedia golf teníamos acceso a un upgrade si está disponible obviamente lo cual negaron , les dije que mi hicieran igual y pagaba, pagué diferencia u$s1282,88 ahí en adelante fue buen servicio, excepto el día que nos ofrecieron comer su exquisita carne argentina lo cual dijimos que si, pero debíamos cenar afuera en la intemperie con una temperatura de 14 grados, pero si comíamos dentro no podíamos comer carne, insólito e inexplicable

Amazing place! Small tips: - I would not recommend to book the waterfall view. Yes, the view is spectacular, but humidity is not acceptable. Jungle view is much better. - Second and third floors was renovated, first floor is not as fresh as other areas. But still good! - Book your stay with the half board. The food is delicious!

We only had an afternoon and an morning to be able to visit the falls due to a very busy schedule but we couldn't leave Brasil without visiting the world famous Iguazu Falls (I am a photographer, and my wife needed a rest from an intense meeting schedule. The access to the falls of the hotel is superb. The staff of hotel attentive and hotel itself lovely with view and artwork on wall. Pool is cold!!!! but great spa to warm up with. Only negative is the sound of helicopters on tour and that is beyond hotel's control.

O hotel tem um clima ótimo . O restaurante , no jantar, poderia ter mais opções , visto que é difícil sair do parque e ir até um restaurante externo . Café da manhã muito bom .

Everything perfect except that it was cold and central heating did not work. They quickly offered me a small local heater and the problem was solved.

The whole experience was perfect. The first things you see when entering the hotel are the waterfalls - such an amazing view. The staff was truly lovely as well. Being able to get up in the morning to be the first in the park was such a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel.

La habitación era limpia, pero desde mi punto de vista hubo cosas que no sé tu irme en cuenta el inodoro pegado a la pared, la ducha, terriblemente resbalosa y salía al agua hacia el parquet

5 star resort in the park. Great falls views from multiple areas (lobby, roof top bar, pool, and breakfast). Recent updates across the entire property. Excellent breakfast selection, you can spend all day in the park without needing to stop for lunch. Extremely professional and accommodating staff, many with excellent language skills. I was surprised multiple hostesses could pronounce my last name.

Luxury hotel inside the park. We stayed 1 night it was so convenient to visit 2 viewpoints. They also have the best breakfast buffet.

There is no better place to stay when visiting Iguazu Falls. You just walk out of the property and you are there! When you walk in the hotel your view is the falls. It is worth the higher price of the rooms with the view of the falls. The service was impeccable. The food excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We, 4 friends had great time at Gran Melia hotel. The service was great and staff was very friendly. Ordered a half board package, which including dinner and breakfast. The food quality and service were great.
