Dismissive staff, good breakfast, great location but the bar lacked atmosphere

Great Staff! wonderful service! only there for a single night and use the spa the next day before leaving the hotel. would highly recommend and use again. Location is perfect for the lanes, really good for shopping nightlife bars, drinks etc

Beautiful hotel but a bit pricey. Excellent location and very near restaurants and seafront view is superb. Will revommend.

Had a lovely stay with my partner, service was great, the spa was a little unclean, the breakfast was lovely with great variety of food.

Lovely hotel and well positioned to make the best of Brighton. Parking a bit steep but suspect that’s the norm for the city.

Doesn’t look much from the outside but when you get inside it is beautiful. We had a superior king room & it was very nice & very clean. Totally recommend this hotel

Breakfast q on the weekend for pancakes and omelettes was too long. The coffee at breakfast was horrible. Windows looking out to the seafront were filthy. A pillow case was dirty. No slippers or gowns to go down to the pool and spa Really expensive parking. Wouldn’t book again.

Check In was slow taking about 12 minutes. Only one counter had staff then someone came out of the office to help. No heat in my room 426 but staff were attentive and tried to fix it but couldn't find the key to unlock a ceiling access panel. That seems sloppy. They did provide a portable heater and after 1 hour the room was fine. Breakfast was very good. They had sent me an Email to do automatic online checkout but that didn't work and kept saying "your bill is not prepared yet" or similar. Possibly that was because it was prepaid via Hotels.com. The queue to check out again was 4 deep so I just dropped the key cards into the box and walked away. Nice enough place, but they need to work on staffing levels at reception and not lose keys to maintenance panels.

Perfectly positioned, outstanding cleanliness , amazing staff Couldn’t fault in anyway , made our trip memorable and a special mention to Jake on the front desk , who went out of his way to make our experience exceptional
