Disappointed no coffee and tea facilities in the room room service food cold

Beautiful location & grounds. Great service upon arrival & from the bar & restaurant staff. Lovely spacious rooms with all essential amenities.

Literal, no sé por qué la gente quiere quedarse en Londres cuando puede disfrutar de unos días en la campiña inglesa, teniendo el lujo a todo esplendor, el mejor desayuno que puedas probar. Un hotel con demasiada historia y al mismo tiempo, un precio tan accesible, podrías jurar que estás en un Four Seasons, pero estás en Audley's Wood, una cadena más hermosa y con más personalidad.

Here, I found the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever experienced. But more than the food, it’s the way people make you feel—like you matter, like you’re home. Check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cute children’s pack waiting on the bed. Although we didn’t have dinner reservations, we were able to eat in the bar area. Great breakfast with again, very friendly staff. Cleaners were lovely too. Thanks

Exactly what I needed for a relaxed evening and best sleep I’ve experienced in a long time. From the incredibly helpful and supportive staff member who checked me in and the lovely gentleman who checked me, and the senior member of staff who helped me move my (excessive for the stay!) luggage from my room to reception ready to load up into the car to the happy, ever helpful and polite restaurant staff at breakfast and the light and airy breakfast room partnered with the outside, tables under sun brollies to guarantee a relaxed start to your day. Its location also guarantees long relaxed walks among the surrounding woodland

Staff very friendly and helpful. But a big bear of mine in hotel rooms is when the kettle & tea tray aren’t situated near a plug!

Gorgeous room with great amenities. Breakfast absolutely lovely with lots of choice and breakfast room bright and airy. Only issue was getting into the large bathtub for the shower, especially for the older guest. Overall a very friendly hotel stay!

This hotel was stunning to stroll! Lovely hosts, spacious room and impeccable breakfast choices and service. One of the best meals we had on vacation!

We had the most amazing relaxing stay. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay, food was again really good however compared to some of the other handpicked hotels i felt the menu let the hotel down. It wasnt as 'fancy' as ashdown or buxted park but the food quality was still really good. I would defo visit again.

Very expensive breakfast at £25 for the offering, didn’t even have the option of full fat milk, let alone cereal choice or cloudy apple milk

Stayed for a wedding and was such a great experience. Staff were absolutely lovely, food was excellent and bed was so comfy. Very impressed. Lovely grounds too - definitely recommend.
