The smell of urine hit me when i first opened the door. Sermed to come from rhe cabinet the frdge was in. Place is somewhat run down. It was functional and the bed was quite comfortable.

Everything was excellent my only complaint is the lack of grab bars by the bathtub. As an older person it would have been easier to get in and out of tub with support

Lousy room “for a discount”. Had a window - with a view of a brick wall. Nice. Anyway - I see a hotel that’s “trying”; you NEED TO TRY HARDER. it was a pig in lipstick; and Santa Rosa is a dump. Never again. Drive on to Tucumcari.

Staff very friendly, if we needed anything let them know. Breakfast was sufficient and everything was stocked up. We traveled with a pet, all was quiet there. No problems at all.

Very clean, comfy beds, right off the interstate.

The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room reeked of dog urine but unfortunately, we were too tired from a 10 hr drive to change rooms after we had already unpacked. There were dead cockroaches in front of room, dog scratches in the bathroom door, baseboard tile falling off, warped tile floor, nowhere to eat, and it looked like the pool had filled with dirt. It was just nasty.

Everything was good. I appreciate wood floors and no carpet considering the hotel is pet friendly. Check in was easy, fast and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful and courteous.

Great place to stop for the night. Clean, good price. Cannot tell you much about the area, as we arrived late and left early. Just a place tp stop and sleep for the night. Looked like they had a nice continental style breakfast set up in the office when I went in to drop off the key cards. Staff was very friendly and patrons were as well. We had se nice quick conversations with others staying there as we were arriving and leaving. Definitely a nice, safe place to wtay for a night, maybe even 2.

We reserved a handicapped accessible room ahead of time and didn't receive one. There was a plastic bag with used tissue left in the room from previous guests. And there weren't many restraunts nearby.

I have stayed here several times, rooms have been renovated since my last stay and everything is very nice. Was very surprised and very pleased

Clean and spacious rooms.

Got charged a 50 undisclosed pet fee plus another $15 for the pet fee. Totalling an extra $65 plus tax. Never was asked if I had a pet with me. Didn't try to hide the fact that I had a dog. Parked right in front of lobby when checking in with dog out open window. Walked by office with the dog plenty of times front desk person saw me plenty of times and didn't mention at all about not disclosing a pet up front. i would've kindly paid the pet fee. Instead of just charging me the 15 or the 50 they charged me a undisclosed fee and a pet fee. Didn't find out til check out and the front desk person said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted to complain they gave me the owners card. Plenty of places to stay in Santa Rosa that are better and won't rip you off. If you do plan on staying here.Better say you have a pet of they will gouge you. Stay at your own risk

It was a nice room but the flooring and some trim need to be repaired. It wasn’t terrible but needs a little attention. I liked having enough surfaces to put suitcases and bags on. The Mexican restaurant across the street was wonderful.

The staff here was quite helpful the only thing that was wrong was it Orbitz completely messed up my reservation and it took me 45 to 50 minutes to get it straightened out! Ridiculous!
