very comfortable bed great travelling hotel Tim’s next door

Our room was very clean, beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well done ladies!!

Wow! What a great stay we had! We are a family of 8, two adults, and children ranging from a 1 year old up to a 17 year old. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. My husband used to be a maintenance guy for hotels so he can be a pain in the ass to stay at places, but he was satisfied with pretty much everything (the sink in one room had an issue, and he pointed out to me a few other minor details that only he would notice.) The staff were welcoming, helpful, polite, and professional. The breakfast was fantastic, and when the juice machine wasn't working on our first morning, the manager (?) went to Tim Hortons and bought juice for our daughters! Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. (And totally aside, I loved that there was a Pokéstop on property!)

Very convenient very clean, With in walking distance of restaurants. The big complaint would be the parking lot. Confusing to get into and bumpy. You drive through the gas stations parking lot.

Proximity to Stratford , London Woodstock We had event in each of these places for three days The staff was excellent and the rooms were roomy and oh so clean. There was no bathtub was a problem for seniors who need to soak old bones. The staff at breakfast were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic and full of variety of hot and cold items and restocked while you were choosing what you wanted each day. The parking lot was being resurfaced so entrance off the back parking was easy with your room card. Best of all the rate from Hotels .com was fantastic. Though I see a fee from the hotel I need to check on. Thank you Comfort Inn for your service

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast menu: overall good quality experience

Matress was too soft. Breakfast was very basic.

Checking in was easy. The staff were very friendly and kind. Our room was spotless and the bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots to choose from. The breakfast room was very clean. Checking out was seamless. Highly recommended!

Ice machine always empty….need more than one. Get back to one per floor.

Location was great for us. Liked that they offered breakfast. There was a lot of places to eat that you could walk to if you wanted. It was a little noisy in early morning from doors closing.

Gillian was quick and thorough on our check in. She greeted us the next morning with a smile and a good word.
