The room was clean but entire hotel needs a complete makeover they’ve done little upgrades like putting lipstick on a pig

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay

We would prefer the sink be in the same room as the toilet and shower. Also, one light switch controls the outer sink location and the tub/shower/toilet room. This is not helpful for the person still trying to sleep while the other is up through the night.

Solid budget stay in Salmon Arm. Windows need upgrading to reduce highway noise. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Note that AC is in-wall units with a decent amount of noise. Office is not staffed 24 hrs.

I will not stay there again. I had to have the air conditioner on all night as the window did not/cannot open. Definitely not deluxe but was clean.

This is an older property that is well maintained and very clean (as approved by my wife). It was an outstanding value. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff were good and helpful. The continental breakfast was just okay.

I like the swimming pool.

Had loud neighbours that kept us up

Right off the highway. Somewhat dated the hotel is. Breakfast could be better unfortunately. Hot and strong coffee is the best highlight of the stay.

The staff was lovely. The beds were comfortable.

I appreciated having the breakfast food available before starting our drive in the morning.

Room was clean. Hot tub was nice! We were the only ones in it!

Basic rooms clean but looking tired Basic breakfast door locked till 7 so not open for people to eat earlier if wanting to get away soon Pool did not use

A drab and minimally maintained place surrounded by asphalt with very little to recommend it except price. The online photos are totally misleading. Check in took forever.
