My AC leaked the carpet in living room area q Was wet, we asked to be moved couldn’t be moved

On my second day of a nine day stay the carpet was wet as was the comforter due to a leak from the sprinkler head at the foot of the bed. I reported it. The next day they came and cut a large hole in the ceiling and left it open for two days. The hole was large enough for bugs, mice, and rats to have entered the room from the second floor ceiling. They did return to patch the ceiling and left a fan to dry the carpet. Additionally, there is not enough parking. Many spaces are filled by large commercial trucks, flatbed and cable reel trailers, along with wide body trucks and bad parking jobs with even normal cars taking two spaces. Several spaces were taken up by storge lockers. The outside trash cans were overflowing and you had to walk through a lineup of smokers at each entrance.

Run down. Dirty. Hair all over bathroom. Stains all over carpet and couch! I do not want to know what the stains are. Rooms smelled. Bed had decent bedding. Needs to updated and inspected. Maybe reevaluate corporate leadership. Get on those corporate jets and get in field and see what your establishment look like and how they run. Oh and don’t tell them when you visit. Not rocket science.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. We didn’t get what we originally reserved which was a bummer. Wish they had continental breakfast.

I expected more. It's no better than any other hotel, just more expensive!

Clean and comfortable

The room next door to us was talking until 4 in the morning stopped for a little while and started up again at 7. They where so loud. The room was dirty and missing many items in the kitchen. also, part of the door was coming off that was on the bathroom door.

It was decent. The area wasnt too bad and there was shopping close by and places to eat. Parking was a little rough and limited but it was fine.

It wasn’t as good as the last time we went due to the AC/Heater not working property and didn’t have pots and pans in the kitchen so we went back to the front desk but the girl said that she didn’t know how to access the kitchen stuff but they did give us some the next day.

i like how it feels like your in an apartment but the only problem i had was the potholes outside and small parking lot

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the rooms weren’t very clean

My main complaint is with the way they charge you for your room. I booked it at $88 taxes etc to be added later. I went to pay for the room, they wanted the $103 for room, taxes etc. But then another $100 for "incidental's". I said no, that is charged if I leave the room a mess, take something etc. That is not charged before I even check in. The clerk said, and I quote "I got you". He got me alright, charged me $50 instead of $100. No I am fighting to get my $50 back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Dont keep private information private

They had so many construction worker vehicles in the parking lot that it was almost impossible to find a parking spot. "They were living there" I was also worried they would hit my vehicle and not really care. The elevator was in complete disrepair, made a banging noise when passing the 2nd level "building opposite of the lobby. They also had a company doing restoration till after 8PM. Banging so loud we could hear it on the 3rd floor from the 1st floor. There was no mention of this at check in. The staff had a friend there when we were checking in, she was being extremely loud and obnoxious, she also had 3 kids there that were running all over the place. We thought we would give this place a chance.... we will not be back to this location or an others anytime in the near future. The 2 people that checked me in and out were very nice. At least we had that on our 2 night stay.
