Séjour agréable, hôtel très bien placé, des options sportives (vélo, marche, etc). Chambre et lit confortable. Plutôt propre mais peu mieux faire, notamment les partie commune ou j’ai eu de la poussière pendant au moins 4/5 jours devant ma porte de chambre. La nourriture est très bonne, variée et il y a aussi des bons resto proches

Not quite as nice as advertised.The main disappointment was the rooms were quite shabby I.e chipped furniture & paintwork, loose handles. The beds were comfortable but our request for a king bed were ignored as a couple, 2 singles pushed together. The food was good but not excellent for all inclusive. Value for money on the stay was well below par. Improving the hotel & updating would certainly help.

Amazing

Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool - was fun to watch the games. I would recommend staying here.

No sea view

The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer. Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht sauber geputzt und die Trinkgläser wurden weder gereinigt noch ausgetauscht, obwohl wir drei Mal die Reception aufgesucht haben.

Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. Food is excellent with two main restaurants to choose from. There are two parts of this sprawling hotel, we stayed in the one further away from the beach and it was fine. Also location is very central to access all parts of the island. Nice walking/running trail along the beach to the nearby town.

I had an amazing time at this resort. Employees were very nice, the room was big and clean with a great view. The breakfast buffet was up to royalty levels both in terms of choices and quality. The surroundings were great for sport, relax, shopping, public transport, entertainment. I will go back for sure.

Had a great few days here! Great facilities and within easy reach of Costa Teguise and Arricefe via public transport. Bus stop was outside hotel with regular bus services!
