Buffet food was very good and using high quality ingredients. We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this. We got a room in a family area (with kids beds) despite being a couple with no kids, and found that the vents in the room were connected to another room as well as to the outside so we could hear cars as if they were in our room. I'm sure this is isolated and we survived with earplugs. Overall, good relaxing holiday :)

A nice hotel, with very good amenities and only a short transfer from the airport. Very close to Costa Teguise and all that it has to offer.

Gym is amazing, loads of pool space around the 8-9 pools, two are for kids. Bars are cheap, quick and staff are all really friendly and helpful. Buffets on offer are great for all round cuisine and grabbing something handy. Walk into Teguise takes 25mins with a pram and taxis are only €5. Really nice spot.

Second stay at resort, excellent 50m pool

L’hôtel est magnifique , les espaces communs sont très propre et magnifique les chambres sont très propre et nettoyés tout les jours les changements de serviettes sont également renouvelé chaque jour, la literie est parfaite. Les chambres vue mer sont très calme. Le buffet est exceptionnel de la variation à chaque repas. Large choix de plat. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. L’hôtel est idéalement bien placé à 5 min en bus du centre de Costa teguise. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Ero in po' scettica per via delle molte recensioni non ottime, ma ora posso dire che proprio non le capisco. Siamo stati benissimo, camera bella, comoda, spaziosa. Dotata di ogni comfort. 2 ristoranti e ogni sera un menù a tema diverso. Colazione stratosferica, le brioches più buone della mia vita. Ci hanno accontentato in ogni cosa. Tornerei al 100%. Uniche 2 pecche che segnalo: la pulizia nelle zone delle piscine non è eccellente, la gente lascia residui di cibo e bicchieri ovunque e restano li fino a sera. Inoltre su 4 piscine solo 1 era leggermente riscaldata, andrebbero riscaldate tutte, o almeno 2 (una nella parte alta e una nella parte bassa del resort)

Nous avons séjourner sur la partie basse de l'hôtel qui est très agréable, les chambres sont grandes la piscine possède une partie chauffée. La nourriture varie très peu et trop sèche (viandes et poissons).les couloirs intérieurs sont sales et méritent d'être refait.

Pools and rooms were clean. A lot of the pool loungers were broken but ample and the rooms were not soundproof at all. Housekeeping were very good and attentive. The food however, was not good at all. Beans at breakfast were like cold pebbles, the chocolate sauce for pancakes was more like chocolate water. For dinner, unless you like cold pasta or lots of seafood I wouldn’t recommend.

Great for cycling swimming food sports

Room was okay. Needs more attention to detail. Balcony door wouldnt lock. Half board on this stay, most food was okay, but one evening there was chicken that definitely needed more cooking, lots of food served is from tins (mushrooms)

So happy to find an wheelchair friendly family suite for me and my family ! The entire hotel is fully accessible, staff really kind and efficient, food all Ok both breakfast and dinner. Pools a bit cold especially for the kids

Everything was ok. The building could use an upgrade but everything was cleaned a lot. The staff could have been more friendly, except for one guy at reception 2 who was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay

Clean. Very comfortabke bed spacious rooms. Good food choice but buffet restuarant could be chaotic at peak meals times. For half board. However i asked for an iron that never arrived and small details in hotel room could be better maintained.

Staff were fab, comfort 100% Food - breakfast fab. Evenimg meal, luke warm .

Hôtel très grand,trop grand pour nous,très impersonnel, repas correct mais salle très bruyante,la nourriture était bien et varié.Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées on entend les voisins parler marcher.Nous cherchions un hôtel plus tranquille .
