The hotel is extremely dated and in poor condition. Both the exterior and interior need to be completely remodeled.

The facilities are well maintained. Everything was clean.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The room was cozy and perfect for relaxing. While I wish there had been more activities available and some areas of the property could use a bit of care, the pool was really cool and still a lot of fun to enjoy. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the wonderful team!

Everyone was nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

The pool was actually a 25 yard pool that you could do laps in. Very large gym with all the equipment. Very clean and quiet, perfectly nice place. It did not have coffee in the room or at reception. Coffee and snacks were available at the gym at 8am.

People were extremely nice and helpful

The only major thing we had to complain about was housekeeping cleaning our room when we had a do not disturb sign on the door and leaving the door open and unlocked.

They need to improve their facilities, their customer service and enable restaurants for breakfast and dinner. They must also improve their facilities and areas with more fun. The hotel is very boring since there is nothing to do in it.

Hotel é simples. Mas tem vários problemas que fazem a experiencia ser menos agradável. São eles, internet péssima, o que não me permitiu sequer trabalhar. Não tinha secador nem ferro de passar roupa no quarto, tive que solicitar e demorou bastante, e o secador era horrível e quase não funcionava. O ar do quarto é do século passado, todo enferrujado. Roupa de cama suja. Não tinha café da manha decente no hotel, tive que recorrer a sair em jejum e buscar algum lugar. Por último, checkin as 16H apenas! Em fim, ele não atendeu as minhas expectativas.

Quiet. Nice pool area. Shame mini golf not cared for. Very few dining options. At a resort expect more and also beverage options for adults.

The place is a bit off the beat and track, but our room was more than I expected. It was quite nice. We only stayed for a night before taking a ferry to Culebra, but they have very nice grounds and pools to take advantage of if you stay a while. Coffee and a few breakfast items available at the smoothie shop on the property.
