Barth towel and rags need to change room had a fowley smell house keeper was unprofessional

Staff was extremely friendly. Clean and great location

The property has an old charm about it but that can cause problems I had a horrible experience where the door entry malfunctioned and I couldn’t access my room for over 6 hours and the staff had to call an engineer off site to rectify the problem during this 6 hours I was accommodated to anything they just left me sitting in the lobby area with very few updates.

It’s was nice and peachful

Horrible no one should book this place it was filthy nothing as pictured. Dirty sheets no one answering the phones . Horrible experience

The staff was very bright the family run restaurant was the highlight of my state with amazing food from the area pool was nice and refreshing after working hard all day doing Mission work only reason I gave it four stars is because it's a little old and needs updating but everything works AC TV refrigerator microwave just a little dated that is all

We enjoyed our stayed in the resort The staff was amazing

There was bugs in my room, the shower did not work. There was no shampoo or body wash. It was listed as a resort but there was notting like it. The first room that thay gave me had a bad smell in it, i requested a new room but the new one had bugs and the balcony door did not close.

Good option for Freeport.

Staff doesn’t understand the DnD sign

The Castaway was very clean and had wonderful staff. The room we had was quite dated but this wasn't an issue for us. We found there is limited breakfast options in Freeport, especially on Sundays. The associated hotel restaurant just reopened the last 2 days of our stay and they offered a breakfast menu. Overall, we felt the price was very reasonable, the staff excellent. We would stay here again.

Centrally located

It was clean, bed comfortable. On the basic side but nice

Average place for an average price , linens and towels need updating .

A perfectly clean, comfortable stay for an older place...good pool and bar. Fast food places an easy drive away if restaurant is closed.

Clean and convenient hotel.

Old Furnshings, moldy scent, burned beddings, termites, rusty Furniture, crusty towels. Was unable to get my deposit when i checked out was never asked check out time to ensure deposit was ready, was never told that the office opens 8am. They've got a pool in the back and i guess they had several parties where the music was extremely loud its as if they forgort they had hotel guests.

Its ok not the best but its ok.
