Well situated near bus station and train station. Ealking distance. Also shops and restaurant nearby

The hotel was perfectly adequate for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast buffet was also perfectly adequate. The city centre is within easy walking distance (approx. 15 minutes). The main railway station, many shops and restaurants are also located near the hotel. The staff were always friendly. Good value for money!

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the Antwerp Train Station.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant, j’ai choisi cet hôtel car il avait la clim et qu’il faisait 35°. Mais la clim était en panne…

I was first given a room which did not have an AC remote. So I had to go to the reception, and they provided me with a new room. In that room the AC had a remote but the AC wasn’t working - showing an error. I had to go to reception again and they said they will send a technician, no one came. I had to go to the reception multiple times. Mind you that even the lift wasn’t working for the entire time, which means I had to get up and down 3 floors every time. When I complained I was asked if I would work with a fan. Finally around 4pm I got a room which had an AC working. The hotel was otherwise good with good beds. But if something is not working, it will take forever to get solved. Ruined my entire stay because of the constant running.

Right by the central train station this hotel does not compromise other aspects of one's journey.

Staffs were nice, the property is quite old, needs to renovate.

Hotel licht goed gelegen, midden in het centrum. Goede kamer, bed en douche. Goede parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel.

Vriendelijk, schoon, goede prijs. Kortom aanrader. Ik ben er bijna wekelijks en ook snachts lekker rustig.

Elevators broken. Street is horrible for parking. Noisy clients and screams in other roomss
