De locatie is prima, het personeel is vriendelijk, wel stonk de kamer enorm en deed onze airco het niet. Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, maar verder was het prima voor 1 nacht en hoeveel wij daarvoor betaald hebben.

中央駅から近い、便利な立地にあります。大きなベッドがある広い部屋は、半地下にあり中庭に面していて大変静かでした。 ただ室内には、冷蔵庫は勿論電気ポットもありません。従ってコップもなく、フロントから借りて来ました。

Es ist alles schon sehr benutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war es sauber aber es hinterlässt leider einen nicht so guten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war für den Preis unterirdisch. Kaum Auswahl; defekte Kaffeemaschine. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt . Sehr ruhig gelegen und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben unser Zimmer sauber vorgefunden . Leider wurde es während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalt kein einziges Mal gereinigt . Das finden wir sehr unhygienisch . Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und frisch .

Well situated near bus station and train station. Ealking distance. Also shops and restaurant nearby

The hotel was perfectly adequate for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast buffet was also perfectly adequate. The city centre is within easy walking distance (approx. 15 minutes). The main railway station, many shops and restaurants are also located near the hotel. The staff were always friendly. Good value for money!

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the Antwerp Train Station.

Sur 4 nuits, les serviettes n'ont été changées qu'une fois et la poubelle n'a été vidée qu'une fois également. Personnel souriant.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant, j’ai choisi cet hôtel car il avait la clim et qu’il faisait 35°. Mais la clim était en panne…

I was first given a room which did not have an AC remote. So I had to go to the reception, and they provided me with a new room. In that room the AC had a remote but the AC wasn’t working - showing an error. I had to go to reception again and they said they will send a technician, no one came. I had to go to the reception multiple times. Mind you that even the lift wasn’t working for the entire time, which means I had to get up and down 3 floors every time. When I complained I was asked if I would work with a fan. Finally around 4pm I got a room which had an AC working. The hotel was otherwise good with good beds. But if something is not working, it will take forever to get solved. Ruined my entire stay because of the constant running.

Right by the central train station this hotel does not compromise other aspects of one's journey.

Staffs were nice, the property is quite old, needs to renovate.
