We were visiting from Canada and the staff were fantastic and so helpful! Very good value for the money when you upgrade to the meal package!

We arrived early hoping to check in ahead of time. Initially, we were told our room was ready, but the front desk staff quickly corrected this and informed us it would be about an hour—around the standard 3:00 pm check-in time. We went out to grab a bite and pick up some water, but unfortunately, when we returned, our room was still not ready. In the end, we didn’t get access until around 4:30 pm, about 1.5 hours past the expected time. To their credit, the front desk offered us access to the lounge as compensation, which we appreciated. However, the delay did disrupt our sightseeing plans for the day. When we finally entered the room, it appeared clean, but as a family of four, we noticed the Murphy bed had not been prepared and there were no sheets provided. Before heading out again around 5:00 pm, we asked the front desk if the bed could be made up for our children while we were out, and we were assured it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, when we returned around 9:30–10:00 pm, the bed was still not set up. We had to contact the front desk again, which was frustrating—especially after a long day of delays with tired kids. Overall, while some efforts were made to address the situation, the lack of follow-through impacted our experience.

Room was clean and very comfortable with great amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet that came with our junior suite. Michel, one of the hosts, was very friendly and welcoming.

The front desk and restaurant staff were so pleasant and helpful.

Deux réservation faites : 2 chambres pour 2 personnes du 5 au 6 décembre et 1 chambre du 4 au 6 décembre. Pour cette dernière, réservation non trouvée, on affecte une chambre non conforme à ma réservation. je passe 1h avec le manager pour régulariser la situation. pour la première réservation, une chambre avec climatisation hors d'usage. On prévient la réception, nous indique que le technicien etait au courant. il nous change de chambre à plus de Minuit. Je trouve cela inadmissible pour un hotel de ce standing. Je suis très déçue et en colère
