Refurbished hotel looking very clean,bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front,drinks in bar good prices,the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful,tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront,overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend

Plenty car spaces clean rooms come and go as you please anytime day or night reception very helpfull

Outdated hotel and room. Window broken so couldn’t block out the noise. Smell of smoke throughout the hotel. Bed uncomfy, wouldn’t recommend.

Email informed 2 pm check in, arrived at 2.30 to betold room not ready till 3 30

Great staff and decent standard for the price. Cabaret was fun 👍

House keeping was dirty . Check your CCTV if it works as heating didn't in room. Lift never got cleaned. Window and cill out side lift filthy. Bedding torn and dirty pillow slips on, room dirty. The only good thing was breakfast in morning and some nice staff.

Better than expected for a budget hotel

Staff very friendly on reception and catering manager was helpful and welcoming. Big improvement in the conservatory walkway it was unpleasant to walk through before . Room was spacious and clean on low floor . Heating didnt work but provided with a heater as it wasnt cold this was fine. Here for the elvis festival which we really enjoy for the 2nd year .hotel is improving with the upgrade. All in all a lovely stay once again .

Mould on window sill, wall and ceiling the curtains where dirty and brown marks on bathroom floor

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Clean room. Ideal for tram or bus to go into Blackpool or fleetwood ferry. Would certainly stay there again

Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast but the hotel is a little tired. However good value for the price

All the facilities, The reception and staff And cleanliness Hotel just needs a little paint,, and plastering, especially entrance to hotel, doors entrance, and steps, New bed bases Otherwise, well done, Had a lovely stay Food was excellent, and easy access to trams and cash machine, Bar and entertainment good Also, Will try the swimming pool and Cinema, next visit,

Nice staff and good breakfast. Hairs on sheets.Clean room overall. Attention to detail needed in communal areas, like toilets

I was very satisfied, I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a family room with a double and two single beds with a sea view, tea making facilities and TV. A very nice clean bathroom. The only thing missing was a fridge. But for £34 per night, it was brilliant. The gym and swimming pool was very good for just £2 per session. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot say if it was good but I thought £12.50 might be a bit overpriced, however I did think that the £15.50 3 course evening dinner was very well priced and of decent quality. Different people made negative comments to me about the hotel before my stay so I was very nervous, but I am happy to say they were very wrong. I will never hesitate to return there. It might become a regular place. The only thing that might cause concerns is the long walks to get to some rooms, if you have limited ability you might need to mention it when booking. The staff I met were all very friendly and efficient. I'll be back. Thanks.

The hotel is great for a cheap getaway however I feel like the other guests don’t respect the hotel. Night 1 we were kept up by people arguing until 5 in the morning in the room next door and night 2 the fire alarm went off constantly up until 6am due to guests smoking in their rooms.

Hotel was friendly clean lack of garden seating outside when wheather nice

Fir the amount of time we were there, the hotel lived up to expectations. It's nothing more than ok. Need more people on reception as it was like grand central station. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The hotel is ideally located for the trams so access to the golden mile was very easy. Overall the hotel is just dated like many hotels in Blackpool. But for 1 night it was just ok.
