Sehr schöne und große Zimmer, Bad sehr groß, sauber und super Lage

Siamo rimasti solo due giorni ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è eccezionale: gentile, professionale e disponibile. Parcheggio agevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Ottimo il buffet della colazione, sia dolce che salata. Molto carina anche la palestra, pulita e bene attrezzata. Il centro dista 20 minuti a piedi.

This is a large hotel and has lots of car parking. Family friendly so don't be surprised by lots of kids and noise. Swimming pool nice but timing is everything due to number of people staying and also locals. Overall a decent hotel.stay

We had a lovely time. Friendly and helpful staff, especially those working at the restaurant. We made good use of the pool as well, which was a highlight of my daughter's stay there.

Tout était propre et on a apprécier l’eau en bouteille! Le bâtiment extérieur semble désuet mais en entrant on apprécie!! Le seul hic était qu’on avait deux lit simple coller ce qui faisait qu’il y avait une grosse bar de métal en plein milieu du lit, moins confortable! Sinon rien a dire

All the staff were polite and smiling. Room was clean (looked freshly painted). Enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this family-friendly hotel. The hotel is remarkably well presented despite its heavy use from families and our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Appearance throughout suggested recent refurbishment to a high standard. All of the staff we met were helpful and buoyant. Food in the restaurant and bar was wholesome and reasonably priced.

While the room itself was very nice, the lack of air conditioning, even during April when it was quite cold outside, was disappointing.- this was of course my fault as I was not aware that all hotels didn’t have air-conditioning. The hotel is quite vast and had more than a long distance to the reception area from our room., No 234… there are three separate lifts, AB and C which we had to find, and then a very warm, walk up several passages of the hotel, to get to our room.

Hotel am Stadtrand aber mit grossem Parkplatz. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, aber sehr weit von Rezeption und Frühstücksrsum, Restaurant und Bar entfernt. Zeitgleich mit uns waren unglaublich viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern da. Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad schön, aber für den Pool wird eine Badekappe benötigt, die man für 2,50 kaufen kann/muss.

Great hotel for families, good food and great soft play area. The staff were very accommodating as we had a toddler and baby. Will be back many times hopefully.

Fan in the room was a plus. Hotel layout is a bit confusing and you can potentially be way on the other side from check in. Good location. Quiet area.

Room was lovely, clean, modern however there was a lot of noise disturbance, you could hear everything especially from the hallway.

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer, and the amenities for families with kids was second to none.

The Good: The property location was great for downtown exploring. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was clean. The Bad: There is an apartment complex directly behind the hotel; the night we stayed it was extremely loud. The parking lot was crowded and made it hard to find "on site parking". The doors to get back into the hotel did not work with the room keys. Getting bags in and out of the door was difficult due to not having automatic open.
