Watch out crack heads and i believe the operating on personal duty lets this happen. My reservation wasn't found . I booked 2days i did not stay the 2 i left after bed bugs in 1st room then 2nd room loaded with roaches. Way better across the street. Pay the extra buck!!

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Workers became Rude and with Attitudes bc i complaineð 3Xs about how unclean the rooms were after being told it would be cleaned.

Need to shut it down at all cost.

Roaches everywhere. Wooden floor was filthy. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Door jam and lock had obviously been kicked in. I left after I slid the refrigerator in front of the door after a 3 hr nap. Wouldn't recommend to anybody

The hotel did not have any toilet paper. The rooms were in the middle of construction with beds leaned up against the wall and unsuitable to stay in.

Hi, good morning I am stay tonight in here room is very light not working and very bad. Smells under the bed. Have a lot of cockroach. I have some videos to show you.

First key given didn't work and they gave room that was next door with ripped curtains, light bulbs missing, dead insects in the bathroom, no toiletries, one towel was given. I'll never stay there again and there was graffiti in the walls.

We arrived there at night but we didn’t check in because we didn’t like the area because it didn’t look safe. Many homeless people and the area didn’t look clean. The swimming pool water was green. We called the hotel at night and they told that they would cancel the booking for us, but they didn’t do it.

There were couple cockroaches and that was after I switched from another uglier room… this was supposed to be a better one.. I only stayed because I would lose my money and it was already late..

By far the worst place i’ve ever stayed at, no electricity, cockroaches everywhere, no toilet paper, and very sticky flores, so NOT stay here

I cancelled my reservation as soon as I saw the property. There were police officers present in the premise, felt unsafe.

Blood on "fresh sheets", mold on walls, air was thick and hard to breath, smelled of mildew, the front desk attendant had already checked someone in under my name and my reservation. Had to find anofher hotel last minute and spend even more money.
