Very close to Coast Guard Academy

We liked the easy access to I-95 and area activities. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and filling.

The staff was super helpful and nice!!!

The property was very outdated. It was clean. Pool room- lots of rust on doors and grates. Hallway rugs were stained and outdated. Hotel was cleanish. Breakfast area is small and cramped. Food was not really appetizing and I have been to many hotels where this type of breakfast was offered.

The staff was really nice and it was perfect spot for a overnight stay!

Every member of the staff was amazing! They made us feel welcome and were quick to help! Because of them, especially Matt who was always polite and super helpful, we will definitely return!

We happily returned to this hotel a handful of times during our son's time at Connecticut College. The staff is always nice. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast has plenty of options daily.

Close to the downtown waterfront area. Manager greeting us was so welcoming.

I would not stay here again. Reception was unfriendly. Room was frumpy. Beds looked like a child made them up. Not appealing.

The entire building is hot and humid. The pool hits you when you walk in and the hallways upstairs are musty and hot.

I was very dissatisfied of the dilapidated state of the hotel. The ADA accessible room that I booked for my limited mobility father was not able to accommodate him in the shower. The elevator inspection was outdated and the air circulation was terrible.

The staff was friendly and competent, but the rooms were “worn.” Furniture was old and obviously worn, bathrooms were old. Needs an internal update throughout.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

AC unit could not be turned off

The room I had ordered a king size bed they gave me a ( handicap ) It was just a place to stay. No amenities technically , except for an incomplete continental breakfast… I needed some ice the machine had a broken sign on it, I saw a bedbug running on my mattress she crushed it . I am going to post the bloody stain later. I was very unhappy during my stay, I call the front desk to express my concerns the Guy hung up the phone , I went downstairs he called the cops .Now, I am going to call the Marriot Headquarter to complaint about this incident, Spring Hill suites by Marriot in waterfront CT . I normally stay at the ; Fairfield inn by Marriot they are very nice, I learned my lesson.

As always, our stay at this hotel was great! We always use an accessible room. The accommodations are spot on. It's conveniently located near both Connecticut College and the US Coast Guard Academy. The hotel pool and complementary breakfast are icing on the cake!
