Their Housekeeping staff are not on their game. We were given card keys for a dirty room, then found someone else’s belongings in our new room on our second day. The barn door in the bathroom does not allow for privacy either, so if you are rooming with someone you’d better be VERY comfortable with them.

The Double Tree Hilton in Montreal was the perfect stay during the Montreal winter festival. The hotel is right in the center of Place des Arts where so much was happening all weekend. Yet, once in our room you never knew so much was happening outside; it was very quiet. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. I definitely stay there again. The staff was also very friendly.

Appreciated letter of explanation regarding fire alarm resulting in evacuation at 10:30 pm. No explanation regarding delay in getting the elevators working again though. Also frustrating that not possible to take stairs back to rooms after all clear given

This is our top choice for personal, family friendly travel in Montreal. The hotel is in a prime location with the Complexe Desjardins within a short walk, and an easy walk to the metro. Great pool especially for families with children.

A quick overnight trip was made even better by the delightful lady that checked me in and gave me warm cookies!

Great hotel for families. Attached to the mall and had great pool for the kiddos. Nice restaurant and bar as well. Very clean, updated rooms. Valet parking was great and car was safe in covered garage. Easy walk to Old Montreal. Only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until 2PM on weekdays. Would definitely stay here again.

It allowed us to access the underground tunnels. We were able to walk through some of downtown Montréal while there was a foot of snow on the ground

Everything was great , but we need add an extra PBS operator because It was extremely hard to get someone over the phone.

Pool times

Excelente localização. Perfeito para quem busca ficar proximo de lojas (rua saint caterine), diversos restaurantes, em cima de uma galeria com acesso à cidade submersa. Uma quadra do metro. Amamos cada momento. Espero voltar outras vezes.

Personable staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Unfortunately our car was broken into in the underground parking garage.
