The staff at the hotel are very kind and responsive. However, our room was uncomfortably hot our entire stay and the only option was to keep the window open, which meant the curtains had to be wide open and therefore we had no privacy, heard all the outside noise pollution and were awake with the sunrise. The room was still extremely hot with the window open and there is no mechanism to control the room temperature. We reported this both days to staff and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the “ac was on”. The hotel bar is nice but the staff really struggled and the service was so so slow - they need another bartender and to be better stocked - every other request they had to run to the back to retrieve items. Beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The “fridge” broke, which the hotel staff later told me was just a “cooler”. They did quickly bring a replacement, which was an actual fridge but we still lost all of the groceries we’d bought the day before.
Overall this hotel needs some major updates. You can tell that at one point, it was luxury. But not anymore. I don’t think I’ll go back.
