Fabulous staff, lovely facility, good breakfast

Rooms need updating. It was too cold in the dining areas and bar; not comfortable with the outside temperature of 49 f

The Omni was AWESOME!! They asked at check-in why we were in town and when they found out it was for my Father's 75th Birthday, they surprised us with Cheesecake (his fave dessert) on the coffee table on one of the nights!! Thanks so much!!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean and well maintained, beds are comfortable, room service is quick to respond. The location is perfect with excellent shopping and coffee/restaurants right around the corner. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful hotel. room service staff are awesome and the front desk is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a great view of Mount Royal. Loved it.

Just a perfect stay. Welcomed by friendly doorman, attentive staff and helpful concierge. Terrific housekeeper, fast rooms service, nice restaurant and lounge. Property is opposite McGill, near museums, shopping, Mont Royal and a nice walk to the waterfront. This is the perfect place to stay for a night or a week- business or pleasure.

There were love stains on the couch. Plus there tv didnt turn on. Paying almost $400.00 a night is not worth it. I thought place would be clean atleast.

Been staying here for years. Great location, super comfortable rooms, delightful little restaurant and Bar Alice. Spotless and quiet. Superb staff. Always a pleasure. See you next month!
