YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!!!!! I booked a three-night stay through Expedia. I knew about the $100 accidental deposit up front. I was not aware of the $16 per day parking. It was nowhere on the ad. When I got to the hotel, and they told me about it, I was floored that I was going to have to spend another $16 per day on parking. I will say that it is semi-secure parking. The room (standard King room) itself was a little subpar. It was clean, and that's the only nice thing I can say. The A/C could not keep the room cold, the tub was super slow to drain (I took a shower and by the time I got out, the water was to my ankles), the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the sliding door for the closet was broken. There were no ice machines on the floors. You had to go downstairs to the little store they had to get ice (it was free).

My stay here was not great. Had to move rooms several times due to maintenance issues and the AC not working properly in the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel for families! I will say the parking was great although there is a $16 charge per day for the parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel has many maintenance issues.

Muy horrible porque cobran estacionamiento, rente dos habitaciones, una de ellas, la primera no jalaba el aire acondicionado y me tuvieron que cambiar

The air condition in the room was not working properly. It was humid.

Everything was fine. Om at the check in time was great! Very friendly and helpful! Only issue we had was the room’s AC was not working. It was very hot and when we let the staff know at the front desk at check out, all she said was okay thanks.

condoms we’re left in the the trash can im guessing from previous customers if we hadn’t entered the room together there would have been a lot of uncalled for accusations.

It was very well secured

I loved the bar and the restaurant. It would be cool to have a stage with a piano and mic for soft lounge music though!

Nice room friendly staff

Well when we got there we didn't have a room because they were full. Very disappointed with expedia because they let me book a room and then we had to go find another hotel at 10:40 at night

Great place to stay

Me and my family stayed there one night and the toilet was broken in our room. We did inform the front desk. They were gracious enough to give us a free breakfast, but I felt we should’ve received a free night stay but nevertheless, God bless those that work cars at the hotel.

I don’t normally complain, but this was probably the worst stay that I’ve had. I opted in for early check in, did not get that. Told my room would be upgraded, it was not. Only 2 channels on the TV; 2 temps for the shower- ice cold or scalding hot, no warm. A/C barely worked and the room was dated. Thankfully it was a quick stay.

My significant other and I stayed at this hotel for a quick/one night staycation, and the hotel definitely served its purpose. The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME, as well as the young man who worked at the bar. The indoor pool was good as well. With a few updates within the room, the hotel would be 10/10.. my room was clean and the staff were great, thus I’d return and/or refer family and friends.

10 min walk to the train station. Same block as convenience stores

Very clean room and comfy bed. Other areas/facilities not so clean. Not walkable to anything nice. Surrounding area is less than.
