Chaleur excessive dans la chambre, on ouvre la fenêtre, mais il y a un groupe électrogène allumé 24h/24… La literie est mauvaise (chambre 206). Le petit dej est top !

Best Western Plus Paris Saclay I called twice before our stay. Confirming that the rooms we had paid for When we got there, were given different types of room The room price was less, i was told that they would not credit the difference. The reservation was booked 8 months in advance. Charge for something we were not given..The staff in the front desk were super rude to us.

Hotel et restaurant bien décoré et organisé, personnel très pro mais température dans la chambre ou/et couette trop chaude Literie trop usé

Emplacement idéal pour secteur BUC cependant besoin d'être véhiculé.

Chambre confortable, par contre très bruyant hier soir dans les couloirs

Ottimo servizio peccato il bar molto costoso e con personale non molto preparato (caffè terribile e tiepido)

The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

The hotel needs urgently a refurbishment.

L’hôtel est propre et calme, la chambre confortable. Le restaurant était fermé pour le week-end.

Côté restauration, avis très positif. Le petit déjeuner était spectaculaire ! Le restaurant ouvert le soir était vraiment très très bien ! Côté Hôtellerie, décevant pour un hôtel comme celui là ! Tache d’humidité très suspect dans la salle de bain. Signalée à la réception, rien n’a été fait. Ascenseur sale. Refus de la réception de fournir la facture (au prétexte que les nuitées ont été payées sur Hôtel.com)

The hotel is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. Across the street you can find a supermarket, easy for shopping.

Reception parfaite, acceuil, ... Très bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel calme, bien situé.

I didn't like anything. The air conditioner was barely cooling the room The refrigerator was broken. The safe is not working. I asked the service to fix the air conditioner and the safe. they came, check, and nothing happened after that. I believe this was one of my worst experiences, if it wasn’t the worst.
