Room was very dusty, dust on all furniture. Motel needs renovation of furnishings. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and overall I had a nice stay.

The room actually was infested with bed bugs. We have video and pictures of them. Went to the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done. Called you guys and you said i could get a credit with you.. i just disputed the charge and have alreasy been reimbursed.

We checked in 7 pm at night... our room was on the 4th floor, but the key reader wasnt working. We went back to the desk, and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, but when we opened the door we saw another persons bags. The room had occupants. We were finally given a room on the 5th floor and told us it had some type of problem,but we could have it. We had to manually flush the toilet bc the chain inside was missing. The staff seemed pissed and stressed about many problems, but not at all concerned about giving us keys to an occupied room. The room aside from the toilet, wasnt too bad.

They wouldn’t even check us in. We had a reservation, had paid in full, and were turned away with 2 kids in tow. Will never stay at a best western again, the worst available

Over all it was good. They could have done a better job cleaning the spill by the elevator on the 3rd floor it was a sticky mess

Room was very clean and spacious

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, had no blankets or sheets for the couch bed, asked for some they told us they didn’t have any extra, tv had no remote to even watch tv, the breakfast was good, and staff was friendly! Over all not to bad

Parking was convenient, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the facility is showing its age.

What an amazing young lady. So helpful and caring. She went above and beyond for me and my husband. We were there to attend the funeral for my sister. Tiffany made an otherwise dreaded trip bearable because of her bubbly personality. I couldn't have asked for a better person in my time of need. Way to go Tiffany. You truly are a beautiful person.

MOLD!!! Filthy and brown stained mattress, we left. The staff was nice but whomever owns this hotel should be ashamed. Black mold is so dangerous. Furniture and decor worn out. This hotel needs help. Do not stay here.

Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom and closet doors in poor condition & damaged. Appeared to be some mold in tiles of bathroom. Tiffany our clerk at check in was top-notch. Pretty and friendly!

Tiffany and Mr. Davis were great and exceed my expectations. Look forward to staying again.
