Staff was very helpful and friendly!

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned on the second day. The sink tap had ketchup on it and was dirty and not cleaned properly and the floor was a bit dirty too.

The rooms were tiny with poor lighting, uncomfortable seating, no fridge or microwave. Pricing in the restaurant was high. Also, the room rate was high based on accommodations. I did not know that this was a pet friendly hotel.

We loved the art! Great location, clean, helpful staff

Great location but parking situation was weird. If you have a larger vehicle it’s harder to get into the garage. Rooms do not have microwave or refrigerator, which is very inconvenient, especially for the price. Bathrooms are SUPER tiny and toilet was not fully working.

Wonderful stay! Spend the weekend in St Louis stayed here and another hotel and I’m glad this one was my longest stay. Customer service top of the line. Harvey took care of us from Valet to helping us with our check in and luggages. Definitely felt we had a one on one experience. Our rooms were clean every day, beautiful rooms, bathroom showers top of the line. Thank you for the stay will definitely be choosing this hotel

Room service was great! Staff was super kind and helpful, room A/C was wonky never would get to a normal temp either really cold or really hot. Other than that it was great!

Very nice and well maintained room, great service and convenient location. We strongly recommend it.

Great sray

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not have any issues except when we were leaving. The valet did not ask us to assist us in getting our vehicle. We stood there for ten minutes and then asked if we could be serviced and the valet guy said he didn’t see us when he saw us walk outside with our luggage. Then he just hands us the key to the car and did not assist with helping us with our luggage or pulling the car up for us after we paid for valet the entire stay.

The staff was very nice and the restaurant was great. It’s a safe clean area in Clayton as well. However the rooms are very very small and our tiny bathroom had beat up trim that had water damage and a faulty toilet. Most annoying was that the thermostat didn’t work - our room was at a constant 71 degrees and engineering didn’t even try to adjust it- they just said ‘all of our rooms are that temperature’ - so we sweat all night long. Not a 4 star hotel experience.
