I'm disappointed because your staff lied to me and took my deposit which was never credited back to me after 3 weeks
Knowing quite well that the room was in the same prime condition i met it when i checked out and i paid in full online before showing up.
This is the worst I had gotten from any hotel. I usually get my credit back within a few days to a week max.
Reached out to the staff that tossed me from 1 person to another only to be told that i should keep waiting that it could take up to 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks are over now, still no refund. Can't believe it.. This is daylight robbery.
