Our room was perfect for a family of 4. While not overly spacious, there were two large, comfortable beds, a desk and 2 chairs. Storage was scarce (2 drawers, 2 small cabinet spaces and small closet.) Bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel lobby has a very cool vibe. It was a mix of vibrant and quiet. There were no noise issues. We had coffee and pastries in the restaurant every morning. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - really lovely people. The location is fantastic - 5 minute walk to the Holborn station tube. Covent Square was less than 15 minute walk and Leicester Square was about 5 minutes further. There were 2 Sainsbury markets across the street, as well as a ton of coffee shops and restaurants. It was really an ideal location.

Great location and lovely hotel. The pool area is lovely and tranquil, perfect after a day in central London! Friendly staff too!

Handy location for access to central London but out of the busiest areas. We found the breakfast to be excellent and the on-site gym not large but quite adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms have very high ceilings giving them an airy feel.

Great service from all the staff. My mum is in a wheelchair and they couldn't do enough for her, we really enjoyed our stay the location is excellent for all the theatres and Covent Garden.... Can't wait to stay again. Ps breakfast was fab too

We had a great 4 night stay. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to covent garden and the tube station is around the corner. The room was good although, the bathroom was a bit snug.

Great hotel in good location with good proximity to Holborn tube station. On check in, all guests need to be offered same level of service. We were not offered the welcome drink, despite mentioning it to bar staff, whilst everyone else checking in did (we had to wait for our room to be ready so could see) Hotel is warm, and there is a lack of effective air con in the room. Breakfast greeting friendly as was the member of staff on the omelette station who was lovely and chatty whilst cooking (plus she made an amazing omelette) Concierge welcoming and happy to keep bags for the day whilst in the city. All in all a nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

Modern, youthful, interesting decor, art displayed throughout. We recommend it to the whole family. Very fair prices.

This is a great hotel! Centrally located and super easy to walk to the underground d and bus stops. Highly recommended all around for ease of stay in a NYC-esc environment. The room was upscale and clean. Friendly staff too. Breakfast was great, but offerings didn’t change, so it got a bit monotonous after a few days. Pretty much my only complaint and that’s not so bad. Food was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, thank you NYX Holborn!

Room was advertised with two king beds, they were not. Room had a weird odor, ammonia like and it was super uncomfortable. We left windows open but that made it noisy. For the price, I would not recommend this property.

Bella struttura, ben posizionata e quindi molto comoda per gli spostamenti ( la fermata della metro rossa Holborn è a 5 minuti a piedi) in un bel quartiere. Personale gentile, camera pulita, ma un po’ piccola per 4 persone, letti grandi e comodi, i cuscini meno; bagno molto piccolo anche se carino. Davvero ottima la colazione.

Some staff were fantastic but some were so miserable looking. Breakfast was amazing, omelette lady so good, location great, modern decor refreshing, and swimming pool a hit with the kids. Nowhere online does it say kids can’t swim after 6pm so that wasn’t good. Rooftop bar also only open thu-Saturday so didnt get to do that also. There’s a service charge added to all drinks in the bar, even just hot chocolate. Small bathroom but 2 king beds was good. Used robes for swimming but they weren’t replaced when put them in pile for towel washing. More plus points than negatives for sure though! Popcorn in reception great!

The hotel was great value and had little touches that made it great such as take away coffee at breakfast, lots of bottled water in the rooms.

Bit overpriced but beds were comfortable and located decently with some parks, pubs and lower quality restaurants nearby. Bathrooms could use a fan to help with steam.

Fun and interesting decor, pleasant room with strong air con which I love. Great shower, but no bathtub which I love. Great pool and spa underneath it, although the pool was extremely shallow and quite cold. Great central area and a lovely bar. Really comfy bed too. All in all very decent but nothing especially stand out. (Unless you really love that decor i suppose)

Jag och mina två vuxna barn tycker att det är ett jättemysigt hotell och älskade inredningen. Frukosten var jättebra och personalen supertrevliga.

Nice, modern hotel, good location

Great, huge room for a family of 4! Spacious and comfortable. Great little touches like free bottles of water, popcorn in reception and sweets on arrival. Will definitely stay again when we visit London. Approximately 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden and Oxford street. Room service was also great!
