There was no remote in spare bedroom suite and there was no cable on either of the tvs after retrieving a remote. Had to switch room at midnight. With 4 small children remind you.

Affordable stay in Sacramento with fridge and cooktop.

Not the cleanest room. The AC unit was noisy. It was on a sensor so in the middle of the night it got hot and was not turning on. I had to get up and turn it on to cool the room. I had to stay another night on my trip and did not stay here again.

Great location for overnite work meetings

Good location, staff was fine, but the condition of the room was very dated. The second we walked in the entire room smelled similar to that of a public bathroom. The interior was clean enough but very dated unfortunately.

The front desk is amazing I forgot to get her name I don’t want to sound rude but she is a color lady she is amazing she knows how to treat customers she always smiles and does her best to make you welcome

My stay at the hotel was great. I really appreciate and enjoy the fact that there was a full refrigerator as well as a little kitchenette. It gave me a home away from home feel. I was in the 1 bedroom suite so there was separation between the beds. The only downside is that the bedroom was not properly cleaned. My daughter saw chicken bones and dipping sauce under the bed. Outside of that the sat was great. They offer tea and coffee 24hours which I loved. And they off some items for breakfast. Overall we had a great stay.

My weekly go to for a getaway with my gf, and it never disappoints.

Room was ok, very beat up. Cabinet doors are very messed up. Bathtub was so stained and dirty. I’m not sure if it’s ever been cleaned. The hallway was very hot and had the worst smell I have ever smelt!!!!!

It's clean and convenient

The lady who checked me in was wonderful and reassured me my very big Great Dane was welcomed and made sure we were on the ground floor. She was friendly, informative and very helpful.

Easy access but parking is paid.

Although hospitality service was by request (which is fine as I didn't need a full room cleaning) I did ask several times for clean towels. Twice they said they didn't have any and a third time I was told they would be brought to my room while I was out and they never were. The fourth time I asked, I was brought two towels, one of which still looked dirty so I didn't use. Also, I was disappointed that the air conditioning was only in the main living area, not in the bedroom. There was a standing fan, but the only place to plug it in was by unplugging the TV.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone was top notch. They made my stay exceptional.

The room had 2 tiny towels for bath towels, one wash cloth, bugs in the bathroom, the cabinets throughout look chewed and peeling, the curtins in both rooms had tears in them, the carpet had tears in it, the dishwasher has mold in the bottom growing, the refrigerator smelled sour, the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. At check out nobody asked how the stay was and she was working the desk, grabbing toilet paper, and doing the "breakfast" all by herself. She was ran ragged. I emailed corporate, but nobody even acknowledged me.

I am here every month for UCDavis treatment and they always put me on the top floor and are very caring and helpful....I have not met one staff member who was not nice and helpful....that is rare....There is a Raley's across the street walking distance and a Mel's Diner for breakfast. They do not have a swimming pool but that's okay.
