Naz at reception was very accommodating and caring, she really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Mackenzie and Euan also helped me greatly at reception and the night receptionist who's from Liverpool was also super friendly. It is a very homely relaxed hotel that serves a generous breakfast.

Hotel staff pleasant, room & breakfast good. Unfortunately air conditioner leaked in the morning & reported to reception staff.

Good hotel with good location to nec Just remember to ask hotel for parking discount before paying for parking

All was excellent.apart for the food service.first night we order a evening meal and waited 45 minutes for it and has for breakfast i at to wipe my table myself about we sat down for breakfast.i work as a unit manager in a kitchen.table should be clear and wiped at all time So unhappy with food service.

Clean and practical. Just location struggled with direction on arrival as walking but hotel provided good advise for return locally.

Main areas of the hotel are nice. Bed was comfortable. Rooms need updating. The office chair in my room was filthy and covered in stains. Breakfast is very basic. I am intolerant to both Gluten and Dairy and there was next to nothing for me to eat. Ate in the hotel one evening. Food OK but service very poor. Meal brought to the table without any cutlery. Staff then all disappeared and we spent 10 minutes wandering around looking for something to eat the meal with!

A lovely hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast, no continental,but cerals, toast,and lovely cooked scrambled eggs,hash brown,sausages,b.beans,bacon and muffins. You cannot starve. Fresh juices and a coffee machine. The grounds are quiet and well maintained, next door to a vintage pub. Beds comfy, nice dove products in bathroim, plenty of towels etc. Housekeeping are very friendly, and do a good job as do all staff we met. You cannot walk to the NEC roads are too dangerous.no real path.
