We did not feel safe in the first room and it smelled bad. We were moved to another room. And it was better but just not a great room. Never again

We got the room in front of entrance and next to the stairs, too much noise and a man was sitting on the stairs all night. The room was smelly and the beds were not clean. Staff provided new beds sheets after we informed them. I would rated it below average, but staffs were more professional. Therefore I gave 3-star.

Mice running around in the room in the middle of the night

I would not recommend staying here. I booked a 2 night stay and left in the middle of the night on the second day. The room smelled even though I requested non smoking and the sheets were stained. The only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly. There is no elevator. Doesn't feel safe if yoire traveling alone. The water comes out cold in the shower and changed after a few minutes to hot.

Great place to stop before a flight out of JFK. The staff was wonderful- upon check in I was given a treat which was delicious. Overall, great stay! Thank you!

Room was good and clean for the budget. Recommended for short living.

I went to take shower at 4:00 am took 15 minutes to warm up to warm. Then husband went to shower at 6 am it would not turn on.

The location was perfect for a short one-day business trip. tie up some loose ends from a previous trip. It met all my needs.

Nice staff

The room was good and housekeeping was good also...no attitude! However the continental breakfast was poor! The muffin was good but the coffee was TERRIBLE!!! I DIDNT DRINK THE JUICE.
