Didnt use laundry area, or pool. Looked nice though

I was on a two-night stay. They didn't clean my room overnight. It was no big deal, but when I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out, one of the staff was snippy about their policy. Can opt-in for nightly cleaning. That's fine, but I think they should have let me know that and asked when I checked in. Main issue was the tone of one of the staff. Breakfast was mediocre.

The spa and pool area were clean and easy access to the towels, only complaint is there wasn’t enough tables in the breakfast area. Need a larger area for the breakfast nook.

Room and building was clean. It's a property that is a little older, but beds were comfortable, pull out bed was not. There was not bedding for the pull out either, which was a little hassle when we arrived super late and had to walk down to ask for it. Folks were kind, eggs, sausage and waffles were good. There was a pile of vomit right by the main entrance that was there when we arrived at 1:30am and still there when we departed at 10:30am. All that said, I would stay again.

I'm still adjusting to the increased rates and reduced standards. The quality of the room is going down, with uncomfortable bedding. The declining respect from other guests is also so ething to get used to. There was a family of 6, with 4 kids under 8 that ran up and down the hallways until after midnight.

The lady that worked the evening shift was very helpful. I had problems with the heater in my room

Great visit to the lake area. Saw friends. Room and bed were wonderful.

Staff was very nice! Room was clean, but the only thing was the bathroom door didn’t shut well unless you threw your whole body into it. The outlets were also very loose and the lamps would unplug and replug constantly making it flash. Other than those two things, it was a really nice stay! We used the pool and hot tub, and had the breakfast both mornings! Thanks for a great stay!

We got locked in the elevator for 20 mins. Called front desk. She was gonna call her manager. We called Fenton police. They were sending the fire dept. It was very hot in the elevator and with 2 kids and my father who is elderly it was scary and horrifying. The front desk asked me if I knew why it happened. Nope just so scary. No apologies, she didn’t come find us to make sure we were ok. We were at the pool, so it wouldn’t have been hard. Just was concerned at the lack of care shown when I was scared to death.

No complaints, very nice accommodations and staff was very helpful and polite.

Upon arrival not welcoming, room had cob webs in the corner and the smoke detector was open with no battery. Very disappointing had travelled all day was not expecting this. Do have photos and no did not say anything as I seemed to be an inconvenience for bothering the front desk for even showing up.

This hotel is in need of a major revamp. I felt like we got cat fished into thinking it was a 3 star hotel when honestly it barley would be a 2. The rooms themselves were okay. The bathroom was gross and my daughter had paint chips in her hair when she got out of the pool. 🙁 Also the *included internet* did not worl the entire trip.

The people next to us were yelling and banging until 5a. We called the front desk 3 times and they didn’t help!!! Terrible service!
