This resort has lots of great amenities. So much to do at the resort - beach, adult pool, family pool, cornhole, hammocks, jet ski rental. There’s a nice outdoor pool bar with good food. The staff is friendly. Both bartenders at the inside bar lobby were fantastic. Patrick at the front desk was amazing. They have a little shop that has snacks, souvenirs and other stuff. The lobby is well kept. Our room was an ocean view which was really clean. My only cons are the elevators stayed dirty (I’m pretty sure they didn’t clean them the entire stay), the hallways/carpet is dated and the beach really isn’t swimable (although there’s a public beach right next door). Also, don’t plan to sleep in because you’ll hear doors banging all morning. All things that aren’t a huge deal breaker but worth mentioning. I’d stay here again. Location was a 15 min walk to the main strip. We mostly Ubered around and didn’t wait more than 2 mins for a ride anywhere we wanted to go.

There was a combination of old world style and modern technology that blended well. You could appreciate the early 1900’s era architecture and still have excellent WiFi connectivity. Clean rooms, soft beds and pillows. Friendly and courteous staff. Plenty to Do or Not Do. Peace could be found by the pools, by the ocean or in your own room. The entertainers who preform in the middle of the courtyard provide an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The fire-pits light up the night perfectly. We will definitely be revisiting this location.

It’s such an incredible resort. Looking out it’s like you are on a Caribbean island but you’re in the US. It’s beautiful and well kept. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome and great food! Beach is beautiful as seaweed came in which was a little hindrance but still a beautiful place. We totally lived this place and will be back !

Very good, except housekeeping was erratic

OUR REGULAR PLACE. WE GO REGULARLY ONCE OR 2 X AYEAR. STAFF VERY HELPFULL. WE LOVE THE SUITES BLDG BY HIGGS BEACH. ONLY LITTLE ISSUE IS THAT THE BATHROOMS ARE TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE SUITE.

Wow. Been staying here 42 years. Had no idea there was a recent $80m renovation. Stunning and reverted back to the old days. Amazing property. Cudos to Hilton

The property was beautiful but I did notice some suspicious activity (potential sex trafficking) while having dinner with my family at the bar or outdoor patio. It made me and my husband feel unsafe for my teenage daughters. There needs to be more police or security presence on the property as I did see other families trying to enjoy their stay. I am not sure at this moment if I would recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful resort and excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful. I lost my wallet, and Michel in maintenance found it and returned it. I was so relieved.

It is likely the best place in the area. Charter (private) for 4 hours perfect. Concierge - Joe, the best.

Best place to stay in Key West!

Very unexpected charges. We were blind sided by the entire property. When we checked in we were met with a room that viewed a large green dumpster. When we checked our we were met with a charge for over $60/ a day for the “amenities” coffe pot, sheets, hair dryer etc. we were here for 4 days and only had room services for two days , 😂

The property has a super relaxed delicious vibe, they have Brumby rockers ( look it up) really super cabanas and the food and drinks all super. Have a “ security Ambassador “ wow her name is Molly and she is super interested in making your stay perfect❤️we stayed 4 nights will return.

The property is extremely well maintained and the staff is great. The food was great, but there weren't many small food or snack options. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. My disappointments were with food choices / options and not being put in a room that matched the type that I reserved.
