Overall, this stay was disappointing given the cost. The room felt dated, and cleanliness fell short — especially in the bathroom. There were also visible stains and some wear on the furniture, which made the space feel less well cared for than expected.
Valet service was just okay and could be quite slow at times, even when it didn’t seem especially busy. While the staff was friendly and helpful over the phone prior to check-in, the in-person experience didn’t quite match that same level of warmth.
Ultimately, the stay didn’t feel worth the price. The main positive was the location, as being so close to the Wharf was very convenient.
