เป็นโรงแรมที่น่ารัก และอบอุ่น Staff ให้ความช่วยเหลือดี หลังจากกลับจากที่ทำงานมาถึงโรงแรม รู้สึกเหมือนได้กลับมาที่บ้าน ตอนเช้ามีอาหารเช้าให้ และช่วงบ่ายจะมีการนำไวน์ และชีส มาตั้งไว้เพื่อให้บริการ ฟรี ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ถ้ามีโอกาสไป วอชิงตัน ดีซี อยากแนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่ และพวกเราจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีก

Convenient Surprised they did not clean room each day

The room was very clean, the staffs were very nice, kind and helpful, especially the hotel menager, Kevin I think his name was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay while we were there :) Mrs Rogan

Parking restrictions proved to be challenging, but everything else regarding the hotel was very good.

Only negative comment about my stay was the air conditioner in my room wasnt working properly. But i didnt complain i was only staying one evening.

The hotel is a gem in the midst of the embassy district along Connecticuit Avenue. The rooms are of modest size but the price was a true bargain. We had our dog and, not only was there no pet fee, our dog was provided with a bag of peanut butter dog treats. The staff was most helpful and condial. We recommend the Normandy without reservation.

We are happy to return to this hotel each time we visit DC. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we are always very comfortable there. The wine and cheese happy hour is a lovely treat!
