The hotel could use some updates in the rooms but the staff was super friendly. The only reason we would not stay again is because we stayed one night and they charged our card 3 times and put our bank account into negative.

When I arrived to check in on 10/8/2025 I was greeted by the Front Desk Agent who was not very nice! First she said my reservation was cancelled she blamed Expedia for cancelling my reservation. Then she changed her story and said a staff cancelled my reservation. So I had to pay out of pocket for the room. Which was not a very nice room. The room was not cleaned at all and the desk agent gave me this room on purpose.

Carpet in room was dirty and overall hotel is very outdated.

Fabulous check in! Room carpeting was pretty badly stained in several spots. Not enough pillows on bed. ‘Hot’ breakfast was pre-made sandwiches.

It’s great if you are looking for a two star hotel. For a three star hotel it has a motel type feel. Clean and ok. Staff were friendly.

Our stay was fine. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.We had a room for 5 people. I wish there were extra blankets & pillow for the person sleeping on the couch. Some of the bedding had stains which probablyhars to avoid being white, but they were clean.The tissue box was already half emtpy and no extra available. The A/C was very loud. Can see some spots on the carpet that were damaged but didn't bother us.

Front desk was great and friendly. The room could have been clean a lot better.

Property was easy to get to. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby clean. Accommodations were clean but older. Beds could be upgraded. Floor tile in bathroom broken/uneven. Couch in Suite area older and needed replaced. Lights on the building next door flashed on and off all night! Windows should be tinted so you can't see that light at night. We felt like we were in an old disco. On and off, on and off all night.

It was very clean abd very well maintained. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety of choices. Our stay was very comfortable. The price for the room was reasonable, especially for a suite!

The check-in clerk was very nice. The bed was clean but the sofa and floor was not clean. Pool was not in service and breakfast was breakfast sandwiches (pre-packaged). I will not stay here again.

The staff were very good! They were very helpful and personable and professional! Melanie, is a good example of the very good personnel working there!

The tub was stained. Not dirty but stained.

My stay was very good and I rebooked a second time because I was very pleased with the accommodations.

I was disappointed that my King bedroom was changed to two full beds. Unfortunately there wasn't a clean one available due to an understaffing issue. So I understand. It would of been nice to have some type of compensation provided.

The breakfast was beyond disappointing. Pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were soggy and bland. No fresh eggs. The tiniest yogurt containers I have ever seen. I settled on packaged oatmeal and a fairly decent bagel. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The towels are horribly thin and scratchy. The sofa was comfortable to sit on but stained. The carpet was pulling up at the doorways. Our view was the roof of the strip mall across the street.
