Mold spots in the shower pool was cloudy stuff was missing from the room like baskets for laundry etc.

I felt as if the property lacked attention. The service was exceptional. The beds, pillows & breakfast were amazing. Just the grass needed tending too along with the pool. It was just not inviting…

1st: the fridge had leftover food from previous guest. It's not just a little amount either: it is some pizza in a box, some breadsticks, apple sauce and a bowl of old noodles. I would have expected this to have been cleaned out before our stay. 2nd: The room we purchased said it "sleeps four". It has a suite with a "King" size bed in a separate room, and an area with sofa bed. But the problem is that the pull out sofa is not the typical size closer to a "full" (that would sleep two) as I have seen in many hotels before. Rather, it folds out to a "twin" that would typically sleep one. The sofa has a chaise lounge but it is not enough for a typical adult to lay flat on. I asked if there is another room with the same setup (King Suite with Sleeper Sofa that sleeps four) with a separate room but with the normal sofa bed but they said they do not have it. 3rd: There are two TV's: one in the room with the King bed, and the other one with the weird sofa bed. The one in the room is an LG would not allow to go directly onto the channel list but would have to scroll up and down to the actual channel. Also, its remote says it has Netflix and Amazon but the buttons don't do anything. Looking around the menu and settings do not show it is a Smart TV at all. The other TV is an Insignia one and we first tried scrolling on it only allowed four channels. I asked about this and maintenance came. they said for that TV, I can't scroll to look for channels but instead pressed in.

We were hopeful our stay would be a clean one due to the reviews and pictures online, however that was not the case. Our family was in town for a softball tournament so we really just needed clean beds and hot showers at the end of each day. The pull out couch bed that had a giant yellow stain on the mattress. Our pillow cases had questionable hairs and fresh stains (not washed) on them. There was a dead critter hanging out of the light fixture in the kitchen. Mosquitos everywhere which probably was due to the broken windows that allowed a decent amount of rain into our room. It was not the best experience, but that being said, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful when we asked for fresh bedding and the breakfast was decent enough. Hope they get this addressed becaused this was a place with potential. (*Tried adding photos of yellow stain and critter but it won't let me unfortunately)

The hotel itself is okay. Ice machines and juice machines were broken. Our room was not fully stocked. Hotel has an odor in the hallways. The toilet wouldn’t fill after flushes. Shower drains slow. A friend staying there as well was given a room that had dirty sheets still on and leaky windows in the rain.

Hotel is located in a sketchy area outside area of hotel needs some cleaning. And the inside of hotel needs to be updated - furniture is so dirty spots everywhere. Hotel needs to be renovated.

We booked here because the good reviews and the picture of the pool area. It’s summertime there should be no reason all the shrubbery around the property is overgrown and the pool is disgustingly dirty. The seating are looked unkept as well. The room was clean, but there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the hall ways and rooms have a horrible smell, the bed had a HUGE dent In the middle. The breakfast had potential but was not fresh and starts at 730am NEVER seen that time at a hotel, we had to leave early one day so we didn’t even get to utilize it. Just not what we expected, someone needs to put some elbow grease, time and attention to this properly.

The rooms were nice. The people were kind. The front desk just seemed to have been empty anytime we needed to find someone, and maintenance could just be better. Our toilet kept making a running noise, we were told to jiggle the handle. Certain entries you couldn’t get access to because they were broken. The juice machine was broken but they accommodated everyone by letting them grab a free juice. Breakfast was great. Also very short staffed on housekeepers. I think if they had more people on staff, and upkept maintenance I would have given it a 10/10. Also a sewer like smell upon entry to the hotel.

Eh. Not impressed and wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price. The whole place felt dirty, literally started cleaning our own room upon arrival. Didn’t feel comfortable letting my toddlers use the bath tub as it felt unsanitary. Beds were comfy, kitchen in the rooms were nice. The whole place is very old and dated, rooms are smelly, couch was gross we didn’t want to sit on it, all dusty and stained. Room didn’t match the photos online that I booked, only stayed the one glad and it wasn’t more. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was easily 2/10 stars. Nothing felt fresh, lacking serving utensils and cleanliness. Staff was super friendly though and the location was convenient however unsafe feeling.

The hotel is very run down. When we got to our room the kitchen towels had food on them, the shower was peeling and dirt in the corners. The pool was out of service and the emergency exit door was open and did not close. They also have a large population of birds living in the trees that you can hear inside and bird poo covering everything outside. Will not be staying here again.

All exterior doors propped open by staff. Glass doors had big cracks. Smelled old as soon as entering the Lobby. The halls smelled like urine/cleaning chemicals. Bugs in the room. Everything old and not well maintained. Food old - bread hard. Drink machines not working.

Nice rooms, quiet

Several kids or teens stayed in the room next door during our stay. They began chatting loudly around midnight, and due to the poor soundproofing of the walls, we could clearly hear the shouting and laughing. After enduring the noise for about half an hour, we called the front desk. A few minutes later, a woman briefly spoke in the hallway for a few seconds. While the noise subsided momentarily, it quickly returned to its previous volume. It was apparent that no adults were accompanying the children in the room, which was quite shocking to us. After another hour of restless half-sleep, we were completely awakened by the shouting and laughing again. At that point, we had no choice but to call the front desk a second time. We are unsure how long it took for the noise to completely stop, but by morning, we felt utterly exhausted. We spoke with the front desk and were assured that the manager would contact us. We also learned that other guests around our room experienced identical issues during their stays. However, as of this writing, we have not received any communication from anyone at the property.

First room I checked into smelled like raw sewage. 2nd room had dirty dishes in the sink.

Trashcan outside the front door was constantly overflowing and you couldn’t throw one thing in it. Trash sat out around the bin. We went to breakfast at 8:20am on a Saturday. Nothing was left except waffles, sausage links that were almost white, and some omelettes-but full of peppers, chile. No milk for cereal except chocolate. Regular brewed coffee was out. They had decaf. Only 2 of our 5 person party went down. We ate some yogurt and had a muffin. Disappointing considering I was charged an extra $10 for the 5th person in our room-which I was guessing was for the breakfast. We didn’t even eat $5 worth of food. We have stayed here multiple times on our trips to WF. This time may be our last. I was very disappointed in what we got for the $$$.

Front staff was super friendly and awesome. The breakfast was great, and they had a lot of little extras that made our stay awesome!
