Clean and Nice , this is the second times that we have been , because of location near to our business area

I just checked in with my family, and the room was nowhere near acceptable. The bed sheets were not clean, the curtains had visible stains, and there were spots on the ceiling. There was hair all over the room, and both the lamps and headboard were covered in dust — clearly the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was a mess as well. There was gunk and buildup around the shower bar (which I now know is old brown caulking, but it still looks terrible), and overall it felt unsanitary from the moment we walked in. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when we tried to address these issues. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for a clean room. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Had reservation then showed up and told they oversold the hotel. What’s the point in having a confirmation number if they won’t honor it. Terrible management.

Bathtub paint peeling off, very slow tub drain, tv words did not match lips. Some kind of delay.

Lots of restaurants close. Parking was a little tight. Room and bed were clean

original room i was put in had black mold all throughout the bathroom ceiling. i was moved to a different room that, while it did not have mold, was absolutely disgusting. dirty bed and curtains that didnt even close all the way on the first floor. entire hotel had a weird smell. and the bathroom shower is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been updated

Very nice staff but the rooms have several cosmetic issues, specifically in the bathroom.

Decent place to stay. Only issue is some of the tvs not working too well but the staff was able to resolve issues.

Everything was good. The breakfast bar was good, except the eggs. They didnt look real. The property looked clean and safe.

Over all good stay

Location is good. Most channels had fuzzy picture, had universal remote and couldn't get closed captioning to work. First night the remote quit working and the front desk person didn't know how to pair another remote to the tv. The water in the pool had a light green tint to it. The water pressure in the sink faucet was bad. The prooerty had replaced some if the air units in the rooms and the old ones were stored outside along the wall in the pool area which I considered hazardous.

Needs alot of maintenance
