Hotel was fine, neighborhood was terrible, several individuals hanging out when we walked that made us uncomfortable. Litter in many areas

The room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days and we had to ask for clean towels at reception Staff weren't friendly

Good experience

Horrible food. No air conditioning. Narrow beds. Located in a seedy area with scummy migrants. Ugly and cramped common area. Towels were the size of postage stamps. Room interior was in need of an update. Staff was terrible.

Nice pleasant stay, would prefer a more central location next time I'm coming to Belfast but it was good value for money.

Hotel was in a nice location with a secure parking. Rooms were nice and clean. Sheets were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well.

Really great hotel, parking is included and the full breakfast everyday was amazing, really worthwhile. The hotel is in a great location, close to Queen's, Ulster Museum and an easy walk into town. There are also some great pubs and restaurants very close by.

Great place to stay. Very good breakfast, good parking, tidy and clean room. Quiet and a short walk to lots of eateries. Staff frlendly and helpful. The only thing we didnt like was the pizza. Too much cheese and not enough filling, but decent size.

Very good overall Excellent choice of breakfast. Good sized room and bathroom Towels were too small Better signage from main road would have been helpful.

Loved this place. Breakfast could be better by adding more cut fruits, different option to scramble eggs on another day. Thank you

Excellent hotel on relatively quiet street in the Uni district. 20 mins walk into city centre. Nice room,perfectly comfortable

Great hotel, clean newly decorated feel. Only thing was there were no signs back to reception or the lifts !!

Initially everything was fine, double bed and sofa bed which was small for 2 people however it did the job. On checking out though my wee boy&i who slept it on it felt a bit itchy which was strange and later we discovered more itchy spots on our backs and on visiting a pharmacy they confirmed we had been bitted by bedbugs… an email from the hotel asked for feedback so I wrote all this and it said they would contact me but I’m still waiting… we stayed in room 314. It’s defo put me off staying in hotels though and because we flew back I had to discard our pjs,clothes&bags so I wouldn’t end up with an infestation in my home…

Good location. Easy check-in. Stayed with family to visit parent. Breakfast nice and hot with good variety of food..

It was a decent stay we had no issues with the hotel it was lovely and clean and the staff where lovely and very welcoming and helpful it was a little out of the way and Google maps kept sending us to the other holiday inn which is annoying when it’s midnight about trying to get back , yes we did put express at the end , but again that’s not down to the hotel just double check if visiting and trying to navigate, very little sleep due to noise of laundry delivery person outside very early but I am a light sleeper and before that students but the area is known for it and we had to keep the window open due to the heat but overall not a bad stay

Goed hotel eindje uit het centrum van de stad bij mooi weer geen probleem om te wandelen, anders een boeiende stad.

The hotel was in university district. Liked the closeness to everything. Wifi was glitching and at one point stopped working when we needed it most. Not the fault of hotel. But only part that was annoying.

Reception staff helpful. Very clean in all areas. Nice open reception/seated area. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Convenient for Botaanic train station, regular trains to Belfast central.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the Queens University area. Rooms comfortable and breakfast generally excellent
