My husband and I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of seating. Perfect if visiting the o2 as only a 20 minute walk

Convenient to the 02 and train station. Excellent staff.

Ok hotel for a 1-night stay.

Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. However, when staying at a hotel, the most important thing is a comfortable stay, especially since business trips are tiring. In the room I stayed in, the trash bin in the bathroom its plastic liner replaced for three consecutive days. On the last day of our stay, there was only about one-third of a roll of toilet paper left, and no spare toilet paper was provided. Seriously, I was too lazy to make a call to call for it, trouble. But, used my handy package ones instead. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor. The bed is dent in the middle, to me, it’s not comfortable bed.

Es increible que en todo el hotel no funcione el aire acondicionado y que aparte de todo uno resulte regañado por la gerente en turno por no leer los correos preventivos de Expedia. Aunque los hubiera leído, no cambio nada. Fue un ¡Tómelo o déjelo! Urge un buen mantenimiento a todo el hotel. Elevadores, cuartos, área de restaurante.

Hotel was a basic chain. We were only there 1 night. Were seeing Peter Kaye at the O2. My only real gripe was breakfast. The buffet items were very limited abd of poor quality. The sausages were terrible, bacon very salty, hash browns were inedible.

Parking was quite expensive

The staff here have been the best staff I've ever met in a hotel chain. The area is very quiet with just a 10 minute walk to the 02. If youre going to an event i would recommend staying here!

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Cependant, dans les points à améliorer j’ai trouvé la chambre un peu petite et manquant de rangement. Avec nos deux grosses valises, nous nous sommes sentis à l’étroit. Pour un séjour d’une semaine, plus d’espace et de rangement auraient été appréciables. J’ai également été déçu par le service de nettoyage de vêtements. Il était cher et n’a finalement pas pu être effectué, ce qui m’a coûté 10 £. De plus, certains membres du personnel semblaient peu motivés lorsqu’il s’agissait de fournir des services ou des informations. En revanche, les lits étaient confortables et l’hôtel était bien situé, à 10-15 minutes à pied de North Greenwich et d’un centre commercial. Le quartier est vraiment bien, safe. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et copieux.

Great location if you are going to the O2. It is just down the road, easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stopped for one night as a pit stop to Le Shuttle and to explore London, arrived early sorted an early check in for us and made sure we had air conditioned rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks.

Food options is okay. I would like to suggest that instructions about using the key to enable the lift be explained during check in.

Clean room, comfortable bed with good facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. I am staying at this hotel again in a couple of months time as in ideal walking distance to the 02 arena.

Stayed here for 1 night for a concert at the O2. Very close to the arena. Quick bus ride away. Arrived early and was able to check in 45 minutes early which was good. Room was ok, did the job. Disappointed that the room didn’t have a fridge as it was warm and I needed to leave a drink and sandwich in the fridge. Bed ok, pillows comfortable. Basic selection for breakfast from toast, cereal, yogurt, full English but good breakfast. It is frustrating having to pay for parking in a hotel when the car park is the hotel car park. Parking should be free for hotel guests. Staff were welcoming and the check in process was quick. I would stay here again if coming to the O2.

No air conditioning ! . The room was so hot , especially with the warm weather . As the windows are fixed closed , there is no means of fresh air .The hotel supplied a small fan , which was totally unacceptable , was impossible to sleep at night , only managed three hours sleep ! . I paid £185 for this !! .
