Beautiful property. Did not like the parking situation. Parking is not at the hotel. If you don’t want valet parking which is another expense added to your stay then you have to walk quite a ways. It wasn’t that big of a deal but had I known this I would have expected it. I think I was put off by this because it said parking included which it is just not convenient.

Pool is such a good temperature - never change it. Breakfast was expensive but it was nice. Parking should be less , but there is a free or discount option near by.

Our stay at the Fairmont was one of the most refreshing customer service experiences we have had in years. The staff were exceptional at helping us make our stay amazing. My, now fiancee, proposed to me while we were there and the lounge bartender helped oordinate with the concierge to arrange transportation to and from the proposal destination. We came back to the hotel welcomed by staff applauding for us! We've never felt so special! Would highly reccomend !

What an experience! We were greeted by valet service and our luggage was brought to our room. All staff were cheerful and incredibly helpful. We used the pools, restaurants and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A bit on the pricey side for meals but if you want to splurge this is the place to do it. Beautiful view of the mountain and a throws distance to the village to enjoy the nightlife. Highly recommend!

Prix très élevé pour la qualité de la chambre au rez de chaussée proche de la réception. Prix de $48,00 par jour pour le stationnement très élevé ! Drink à la piscine, prix très élevé $$. Chambre manque d’intimité situé au dessus du garage intérieur, impossible d’annuler la chambre et se faire rembourser par Expédia ! Horrible

Le service est exceptionnel; cependant, $41 pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, c'est beaucoup trop cher! Malgré cela, je vais y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite a Mont Tremblant tellement le service était bon et les chambres propres.

Clean, helpful staff, well located, spacious and well appointed rooms . The ricochet cafe / bar had limited options and was oppressively overpriced.

The view of our original room was horrendous. It felt like they were prejudice towards families with children and Asians. We had to pay $60 for an upgrade for it to not be a great room. The manager first told us it was $80 and tried to upsell it when the employees said it was $60. Felt the staff was dishonest and annoyed to answer questions. Recommend other hotels in the area. Very disappointing for a Fairmont. We requested a crib and did not get it till 6 hours after check in.
