Trop de bruits dans les chambres a cause des disco a cote et a cause du groupe de climatisation

Quite, safe hotel

Although there have not been so many guests during my stay, the hotel and its staff habe been very nice, gentle and appropriate. I really enjoyed the time there :-)

Hotel is quite large, staff are friendly and very accommodating, lobby, reception and restaurants very first class. Pool and patio quite lovely. Rooms are large, bathroom could use an upgrade as well as the hallways which tended to be a bit noisy.at times.

Clean. Staff were excellent.

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec lequel nous n avo s pas pu nous reposer a cause ds travaux de l hotel. Impossible de dormir. Malgré tout il nous ont offer un massage en couple. Le sauna, hammam et piscine interieur fermes a cause de travaux. Dommage car c etait un cadeau que je voulais faire a ma petite femme... Tres déçu

Très bien, mais un peu loin de la plage et du centre ville.

Agréable séjour et une très bonne ambiance. le SPA n'est pas encore prêt, et cela depuis environ un an et demi maintenant. Cependant le service de massage est excellent! je recommande Houda pour une réelle évasion, Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe!

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs fois que j'ai la chance de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Le service est appréciable, les chambres très confortables, les prestations aussi bien sur le plan santé, nourriture, confort sont de très bonne facture. Le seul bémol me concernant est l'accessibilité, l'hôtel étant excentré. Cela est compensé par sa localisation à quelques pas de la plage. Je recommande.

This is a nice hotel however i wished the indoor pool was available and spa hamam service. The housekeeping and staff alike arw friendly the staff at resturant buffet style lack good english its hard french is wildely spoken.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien placé. Je recommande.

Hôtel vieillissant mais prestation correcte

Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Our check in was 1 hour late, even though we got there late in the afternoon (4pm) . We were staying there only one night for a wedding, which we almost missed because of the delay. There’s construction in the building which is very loud. Sound echos in the hallways and the staff and guests speak super loud so it’s impossible to sleep. We had a late checkout at 3 but kept being bothered by cleaning staff and front desk from 1 pm. When I told the front desk about the above, they didn’t care one bit. Didn’t comp anything, didn’t apologize -Just told me I should have called and maybe better next time. I’ll never come back!

Property needs some rennovation, carpets cleaned, and bathroom fixtures updated.
