Great location, staff and room. Only downside was that they do not accept walk in reservations at the reception. Reservations must be booked online. You can book it whilst in the hotel lobby from your phone though.

No fridge and no microwave. Iron kept on shorting the power.

Very good location nice and clean big spacious room nice big tv as a bonus But what made the hotel excellent was the reception staff on check in and checkout so warm and welcoming only usually get that treatment abroad deffo return

Excellent, great breakfast, well located, shame car park next door isn't discounted like Highcross roof top car park.

The room was immaculate and everything was working as it should. Staff were really helpful when we had a problem paying for the car park. Staff were really friendly, greeting us and showing an interest in why we were there.

Hotel is very good…location is good for a quick walk to the cathedral for Richard III…staff are terrific… We came by train and uber—be warned that the parking lot on site is not protected by the hotel and we heard tales of vandalism…the city itself in afternoon/evening was very tense…we wetr concernes for our safety and were back in the hotel by 8 pm…lots of groups of black clad kids with masks…no cops anywhere…granted it was the evening, but the vibe was unlike any other city we’d been in for either England or Ireland.

As the NCP next door is closed parking is at the nearby Highfield shopping centre (3rd floor). This is OK and parking is subsided by the hotel - be sure to validate your parking at check in. Walking to the hotel can be tricky, basically the hotel is on a large traffic island. When approaching from the shopping centre, take the pedestrian crossing that takes you to the NCP and keep to the right, taking the path around the car park past Addict Dance Studio.

Spacious room but no fridge or room safe fitted. Better thsn average Englush breakfast. NCP next door shut down but £6 for 24hrs at Haymarket Rooftop (7 mins walk) if register number plate at reception. Only one lift working. Helpful staff.

Bar very expensive. Breakfast excellent. Limited hospitality tray in room. On floor 7 - corridor tired, carpet very stained and need a good clean. Bed hard. Strong smell of cannabis in corridor most of the weekend. Carpark adjacent shut despite Expedia saying it was open day before. 10 min walk with cases to nearest carpark.

Just had to stay here again. All staff very polite and very smart. Food and service excellent. Bed very comfy . Will be back soon. Spotless 😃

Lovely staff in all departments

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, attentive, professional. Specifically, Ewa on the front desk and Robert in the buffet breakfast area - they consistently addressed guest needs in a way that made it clear they wanted each guest to have the best possible stay. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I am in the area.

There was no pool, but the staff were all so lovely and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the hotel overall was lovely also.
