Prettt clean just not sure if i would stay again

I liked the bathtub and the convenient location so close to the airport. But the beds were awful! The mattresses were completely worn out, like sleeping on a bean bag. I hardly slept and couldn’t wait to get out of bed. The pillows stank, the halls smelled and the tv didnt work. I won’t stay there again

This property really needs updating, but it is clean and walking distance to the Juneau airport

No coffee maker in the room. You have to request one be brought to you. Odd

Hotel is directly across the parking lot from Juneau International Airport so perfect place to stay if coming in late or leaving super early. It's a 5 min walk to the front door of the airport. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had lots of space. Desk agent had the hair dryer I needed and there is vending machines for snacks and drinks. The bed was ok for one night but I'm not sure about staying much longer than that.. it seemed a bit worn. Otherwise, great stay.

There was someones hair all in shower and on sink

Helpful front desk staff, large clean room with amenities available.

All good except the bed. It was so worn out and uncomfortable that I spent most of the night in the chair

Got in easy with my little dog. Check in was easy. Nice room. Not the best but ok.

I was moving from Juneau with my cat. It was perfect for staying in comfort while cleaning out my apartment and flying out hassle free 😺

Safe, clean, closest to the airport, nice bathroom/tub, loud heater, and some noise. Great deal for the price and convenience.

Check in took forever. The mattress was a cheap, saggy mess with a creaky frame underneath.

Bed bugs in rooms - had to move 3 times

Room was clean and quiet. Property is overrun by homeless people. We were nervous about leaving our vehicle parked in the lot overnight.

The gentleman checking me in was fast, helpful and very nice! The room was clean and the heater was on so it wasn’t freezing when I went in. Highly recommend for a night or week stay!

The toilet was leaking fresh water.
