Helt OK

Clean hotel, amazing staff especially Trainee receptionist Sasha.

Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich gut das Zimmer ist sauber. Die Betten waren toll. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein wirklich tolles wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr gut eingerichtet, Zimmer war gross, sauber.Frühstück richtig lecker,viel Auswahl.Personal war sehr nett,hilfsbereit.Absolute Klasse.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want from hot food, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, toast and pastries. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in Prague and there were numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The bath robes and slippers were a lovely touch and there were plenty of fresh towels, coffee and tea replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again if I visited beautiful Prague!

Alles Super außer das man in Garage kein Hybrid, E-Autos und LPG parken darf wg. Versicherung. Es gibt auch keine Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Personnel gentil. Mais quelques équipements n'était pas fonctionnels dans la chambre

Points positifs : chambre spacieuse , proximité du tramway Points négatifs : placard cassé , bouilloire avec un bouton arraché Le Spa , le jaccouzzi , la salle de fitness sont payants ce qui n’est pas spécifié sur le site d’hôtel.com Le petit déjeuner est moyen avec un jus d’orange pas bon , le jus d’orange pressé étant payant Personne à l’accueil pas très causant Il y a un barman très sympathique Conclusion : très cher par rapport aux prestations

The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . Would definitely recommend the Savoy as a place to stay in Prague
