Beds are very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Location is convenient

Took a long time to check in, then when we got to the room, there was a styrofoam cup on the table, wet towels on the bed and chair, the soap was opened, and toilet paper stuffed in the fire alarm. It seemed like someone had just left, and we did not sleep under the sheets for obvious reasons. I also booked a double bed, but there are none at the hotel. The manager said he would give me two rooms for the mistake, then the other room got magically booked. Bad experience.

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for. Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Expedia also needs to do better with handling these situations and ensuring their listed hotels meet a certain standard. Save yourself the hassle and book

Clean sheets; climate controlled hot water and Wi-Fi access. What more could one want?

Well they didn't keep a fresh stock of coffee or they didn't have decaf coffee they didn't keep a bunch of yogurt or fresh fruit and when we complained that the coffee pot in our room did not work they did nothing about it and we asked him not to clean the room and they ignored us

It was quiet for the most part, but its but the highway so traffic is busy. I did not like the fact that housekeeping comes into your room when you are not there. If I don't request housekeeping, I would prefer them not enter. I was still sleeping around 9:30(checkout is at 11) and someone(housekeeping) just walked into my room. They didn't knock or anything just walked in. This is not okay I could have been naked amongst other things. During checkout they called on the walkie-talkie for someone to check the room so I could get my deposit back and they stated there was only one set of towels. I told the receptionist when they came into my room yesterday when i wasn't there and took the dirty towels no one ever came back with another set. I was uncomfortable with the fact anyone could just walk into your room.

Check in was great and the room was good but the bed had metal plate under it that every time you moved in the bed sounds like the garbage truck outside picking up a dumpster but ther than that is was a room to stay in

Check in was so easy. Staff was very polite at the front desk and made it a pleasurable experience.

This was a room that was reserved for family coming in for graduation. From the start the services was horrendous!! The front desk client was extremely rude. She was absolutely not helpful at all. We asked dor a late checkout but she said it was not going to happen because they didn't have enough housekeepers. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again. On top of that the shower was clogged and we couldn't get anyone to help unclog it. But another hotel clerk did come around banging on the door to remind us about check out.

They did absolutely wayyy too much about they towels and kept knocking on my door bothering me , busting in the room

Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging by it's wires from the ceiling, bed frame made a loud noise like banging on a drum when you first sat on it, fiberglass tub had cracks like someone had tried to clean a large item in it.

The room needs to be cleaned. There is so much gross stuff on the walls and the bathroom had a lot of hair in it. The fridge had mold in it. The bed is too hard. The breakfast is a disappointment.

Excellent and courteous staff

Friendly staff. Clean rooms but need some slight repairs and better breakfast.

The hot water from the shower I liked. Leaks around the HVAC unit and front door I did not like. Breakfast was a turn-off. I stayed there a year ago and the food was much better.

Hardest bed I've ever slept on. Its literally a metal box with a thin mattress.
