this hotel is so disgusting it is roach infested i will not be staying here ever

It is a beautiful place.

i love the morning breakfast the food was very good. staff was friendly. i love the room.

It was nice EXCEPT the floor inside the room had black sticky substance all over the floor

The hotel room was decent but the bathroom had long hair all around it so it questioned its cleanliness

Stayed here on our way to the Florida keys for one night only, just passing through. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We were able to easily DoorDash dinner up to our room with no problems. Decently comfy bed. Overall not a bad stay for one night.

My stay was loud people knocking on wall all night children running up and down hall all night housekeeping knocking on door at 2:43am giving us a plunger the water n shower was very poor very low hot water toilets didnt flush like they should

Finding Sonesta was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We were pleasantly surprised with our find. The only thing that disturbed us was the very loud noise coming from the furnace located in our room which made us have a very uncomfortable night. This must be the one that feeds the whole place. The rest of the things were very wonderful and, the place was very clean with very wonderful girls at the reception. We would definitely come again. We highly recommend it 👍

The more flamboyant front desk agent was the rudest, I called to see if there was an ATM machine he said “no” when I was about to ask can you take cash for deposit he hung up on me. Went to my bank that was 15 mins away just to find out I couldn’t pay with cash. What and unconvinced if 30 mins I didn’t need to do after driving 1 hr 30 mins to get there. Next day switched rooms asked for the same room. The first room I had was great the second room wasn not so great. J was also told that you guys don’t do complimentary upgrades

Let me just start off saying the clerk was very rude and not nice. I drove 4 hours and got to the hotel around 3:20 check in is at 4. I was trying to call before I got close but no one was answering the phone. I walked into the hotel like I said the clerk was not nice at all she didn’t greet me or nothing so I asked her can I check in early so was like no you have to wait until 4 mind you it’s was around 3:20 so never gave me a reason why I couldn’t check in early. I ended up finding another hotel because the lobby area was not clean.

Well we didnt have a great experience because the neighbor was loud and the walls were thin. Also they kept the hallways extremely cold dont know what that was about. And lastly the water heater must have been messed up. We would get warm water for a minute then cold.

The breakfast was subpar, I wouldnt consider it a breakfast at all. I found multiple bugs in the hotel room. Walks were horribly painted/repaired to cover holes. Bathtub plug was broken, someone’s shirt was left in the safe. Genuinely a disgusting experience never again.

The bed is amazing. I like how I am able to cook my dinner every night instead of eating out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone, it’s a great stay.
