A view was great!!

Everything was OK with the hotel except for parking to charge $55 a day for regular parking and $70 for valet parking knowing that most people would not want to go and park five blocks away in an unsecured lot is really not fair to customer service we stayed three days and we’re charged $170 for parking that is outrageous. That is more expensive than one of the nights that we booked with your establishment, you need to treat your customers better parking needs to be included the amount of money that your hotel chain makes per day is unimaginable indefinitely not fair to the consumer that books there trip with your hotel

Maybe next time you provide towels for the guests, please ensure that the towels are clean and don’t have blood stains and women’s makeup stains. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 towels for a family of 4.

The staff in the breakfast buffet was terrible and not letting you explain or listening what you have to say . It was noting that I was expecting

I am a single mom who went for March Break with her son. He says, “It was very nice, the bathroom was nice, everything was nice!” :) The price was a bit high considering the building was old but nonetheless the concierge staff and the cleaning staff, the buffet ladies, even the store staff downstairs, all lovely and kind people!! We had a view of the falls and it made the trip that much more special. Thanks for a great stay!!

Overall, this is a large hotel with a lot going on at once. It’s great for families looking for waterpark access—this is definitely the place for that. However, if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the 19th floor or higher, as it’s noticeably quieter. The elevators can get very crowded depending on the time of day. The staff was friendly, but the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing at times. I’d rate it 4 stars overall, mainly for the convenience—having coffee and food options right in the hotel is a big plus. If I were to stay again, I’d go for the presidential suite—the one with the bathtub next to the window. Just a heads up, there’s only one or two rooms like that. I thought I had booked it based on the listing showing a bathtub, but that wasn’t the case. Have fun

When tried to check in was told room not ready it was pass 5pm check in was 4pm.. was told another room was ready…once in my room notice sink still had toothpaste room was still but dirty… don’t I will be renting from here again

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, convenient location, however, if you are going to stay in the Clifton hills area, be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and activities Was not happy with paying parking fees to stay at at a hotel that we had paid to stay at

The stay was perfect except the sound insulation was terribly bad. We could hear the neighbours talking loudly from our room and in the corridor day and night. The bathroom shower faucet caused noise when it was turned on and off. I thought my neighbour rooms could know when who were taking shower.

Beds very comfy.. room clean.. only problem stayed 3 days housekeeping never once gave us clean towel or tidied up our room. For the cost i would of expected this.

Everything was all a close location, friendly, complimentary upgrade
