I think the hotel had recently had a refurb and it was good, the staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right on the edge of the old city so there were many pintxo bars and excellent restaurants and just across the river there was all the shopping anyone could want. I would definitely recommend it.

Bed springs were not good! Right on a main plaza so noisy on the weekend. Good location none the less.

Close to all you have to do or see in Bilbao.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber und hilfsbereites Personal , großes Zimmer Manko: sehr hellhörig, in unserem Zimmer konnte jedes gesprochene Wort an der Rezeption verstanden werden, teilweise lange Unterhaltungen nach 23h. Man kannte sich wohl. Morgens dann ab 6h einräumen des Frühstückraumes(?) Hier muss am Schallschutz gearbeitet werden!

An excellent location for walking around, accessing public transport and enjoying dining options. Room is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for the location on a busy corner. Breakfast choices were great and well priced. Reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and service focused. An overall great experience and value for money.

Near everything but a long trip from cruise port and fair length to air port

ゲルニカに行く必要があって、鉄道の駅に近いこのホテルに二泊しました。旧市街の数多くのバルにも近く、ビルバオ・グッゲンハイム美術館にも歩いて行ける、とても便利な立地です。 ホテルのスタッフはどの方もみなフレンドリーで、気持ちよかったです。部屋はさほど広くはありませんが、清潔で、快適で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Very convenient location near Metro and bus stops. Right at the edge of the old town and city plaza, perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the square. Also a 5 minute walk from Gran Via for shopping, and 15-20 minute walk to the Guggenheim.

Netter Empfang bei der Anreise. Wer die Stadt erkunden will ist hier richtig. Metro, Altstadt und Einkaufsbummel in unmittelbarer Nähe.

There is no parking. So that is a pain. The hotel is in great location. And very clean and updated. It is very noisy outside tho.

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt med gåavstand til alt, ved gamlebyen. God frokost, men savnet grønnsaker som tomat og agurk. Stort rom, vi lå i 6.etg med kun takvinduer. Det var festival i byen hele uken, morsomt med mye liv i gatene, men de holdt på til kl 07 hver morgen!

Gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Sehr gute Lage zur Metro und Bushaltestelle . Gutes Frühstück. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, utmerket mottakelse og service, og et veldig rent og pent rom :-)

Topp beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen. God service. Greie rom, noe harde senger. Hyggelig dame som jobbet under frokosten. Helt grei frokost, men savnet agurk og tomat. Anbefaler dette hotellet, kommer gjerne tilbake.

Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch.
