The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Dinner at Zoe was delicious.

Went for the first time to Cairo, had our doubts but soooo worth the visit. If you get the chance to upgrade the room to suite do it. We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. We were sooo sad to leave. They made our stay unforgettable.

best personal . In our experience, this hotel was like a gem amidst the pollution. Excellent and attentive staff. They surprised one of our companions by sending him a birthday cake. Thanks to the hotel management.

Esperienza positiva. Albergo con ottima posizione e in tutto perfetto. Ho utilizzato la SPA e è stata una bella esperienza. Personale efficiente e gentile. I figli avevano comunicato all'albergo il festeggiamento di un evento personale e all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera una torta. Colazione a pagamento ma vale più che il suo prezzo. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante libanese interno. I piatti erano ottimi e a prezzi ragionevoli. Se torno al Cairo, prenotero certamente di nuovo in questo albergo.

Excellent breakfast, supply water. Free shuttle to nearby restaurant. Excellent restaurants on the property as well. Great security. View of the property and the Nile is amazing!

Traffic loud from outside room. Bathroom door handle problem. They fixed it immediately. Staff very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite. Upon arrival gues services had left a cake for our anniversay in our room. Our sons were well looked after by the staff. They enjoyed the pool, playing billiards in the Char Bar a d spotting the different animals in the zoo from our balcony. Food is sublime in all the restaurants and the First Nile boat is an added bonus. We didn't mind catching a taxi into places like Zamalek as it was only 15 mins away (just across the bridge) and cost approx £2. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made the stay extra special. No expense is spared and anything at all you need, the staff will discreetly arrange it. I don't make a habit out of revisiting hotels, but if I am in Cairo again, this hotel is where I will be.
