The property is conveniently situated near freeways, but it is quiet and easily accessible. We had a great breakfast in the hotel which was reasonably priced. Check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our only complaint was that our room was not made up after the first night, prior to our second night. The staff knocked on the door to do the room, and we said we needed 5 minutes to get out for them to to the cleaning. We went away for 45 minutes, but upon our return the room had not been made up which was a disappointment as we afforded them plenty of time to clean it and make up the bed, change towels etc. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

Make sure to get in early because parking can be difficult when it fills up. Some folks bring big vehicles. But we still found parking. The property itself is in a prime location. Worth the stay. Peaceful and quiet.

Great place to stay and within easy reach of Santa Cruz and West Coast. Easy drive to San Francisco if you are not in a hurry - traffic can be in predictable.

Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for parking in addition to paying for our room. The room should come with at least one parking spot. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in our room.

Everything was great, and it was very quiet.

The property was very clean and the room was far beyond my expectations. It was allot nicer than I thought it would be. The only thing I didn't like was the pull out couch didn't have a great mattress.

They didn’t supply bedding for the pullout bed and we asked twice. Paid a lot money for a suite and one of us had no bedding.

Great Hotel. We booked 2 rooms and the room is spacious, quiet. The pool is great too.

It was a nice place to stay with family. Close to everything but also tucked away. Parking is $18 a night in addition but other than that we enjoyed our stayed.

Pool was nice, bottom of hot tub dirty and full of flies I fished out, moldy smelling room.

The room was great! Spacious, large tv, bathroom was set far off from the bed space so private and comfortable. We’d been on a long road trip so comfort, good AC and a quiet space was perfect. We did eat at the grill downstairs and the service was great (they were understaffed and really gave great effort) but the food was overpriced for what was offered. I’d definitely eat elsewhere.

The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We are repeat customers and highly recommend this hotel to our friends. Keep up the good work!

The place was nice and clean. I didn’t like that housekeeping did not come freshen up our room or bring us extra coffee because we drank all of the coffee the first morning. I called the front desk the night before and asked them to bring us some coffee they said they would and they did not. So the next morning I called again and I had to go to the front desk to get the coffee and my pajamas, which was a little annoying. Other than that it was a nice place but I don’t feel very taken care of while we were there like you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. I also didn’t like paying $20 a night for parking. Pool was nice, but they were always out of pool towels. It was a convenient location away from the hustle near the boardwalk, but close enough to get there easily. It has a nice gym. Easy access to food and groceries too. I would recommend and hope that housekeeping would do better.
