The room door’s lock isn’t working properly

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was very clean, also excellent

Property was clean and room looked nice but if your a light sleeper it is rather noisy. Also the blackout curtains weren’t great and it was very bright in the morning. We drive a larger vehicle and they were able to accommodate by letting us park in the contractor area on the backside of the building. Starbucks in the lobby was great, we were going to have breakfast in the restaurant but they were really pushing us to have the buffet which multiple in our group didn’t want so we skipped it. Overall nice place but overpriced for the sleep quality.

No cold water in the bathroom sink. Black gunk coming out of Hotel restaurant food was awful

I would not recommend this property. There were noise disturbances all night in the hallway which were not dealt with by staff despite complaints. Rooms were not sound proof. Check in was a bit of a nightmare.

Friendly staff, great location and having Starbucks was an added bonus.

Housekeeping was very friendly, pleasant and helpful!

I did not like the parking as I felt it was very tight, but it worked. We did not take part of the breakfast

Overall, the experience met expectations and most aspects were handled satisfactorily. However, the air conditioning was extremely loud—far beyond what would be considered acceptable. The constant noise was quite disruptive, especially during rest periods, and made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. While everything else was in order, this issue had a noticeable negative impact on the overall experience. Addressing the noise level of the air conditioning would significantly improve the stay.

Excellent location, front desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant.

My daughter and I have made it a tradition. My daughter loves the pool. It’s well kept and the service was great.

Room was fine, but the heater was very noisy. We turned it off in order to get to sleep. Was reported this morning. Other than that, no problems.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Easy to check in and out.
