Probably need more handicap parking near the front door. It was only two and they were taken and I have a child in a wheelchair and it was hard to deal with her and parking at times.

Dirty we checked in and checked out within 1.5 hours.

Staff was accommodating. Room was clean other than strong smell of musty, mold and marijuana in room. It appeared there had been in a leak overhead due to paint patch, curious if there could be some lingering mold.

Was a toe nail in my bed when I pulled the covers back

In terms of cleanliness they missed the mark. Several of my family members had to change rooms due to things like the strong smell of mildew, dirty linen, finger/toenails found in the bed in 3 different rooms. I went to purchase disinfectant, towels and sheets from target in order to be able to sleep somewhat comfortably. However common areas appeared to be clean. Upper management not very friendly.

Not very clean! Needs some TLC for sure.

The night staff was very unprofessional.

The hotel was a good choice for us close to I-10 that helped us get back on the road in the morning. We would stay there again.

The hotel must be going thru remodeling. The hallway carpets on my floor were horrible. Tiles in my bathroom in room 302 were loose.

The property was antiquated. The TV was 32 inches cable. In 2025 as cheap as tvs are it is my opinion that a Hotel but willing to invest in their property but charge the latest fees don't really care about their customers. The "gym" was so small there really could only be 1 person at a time and you can forget about any floor exercises. The carpeting has various signs of wear and all kinds of stains ask throughout the hotel. My 12 year old grandson said this hotel is bootleg. We travel a lot he's a travel football player. While the hotel was clean I wouldn't stay here again. Oh their refrigerator was actually very cold all to often the smaller refrigerators don't get cold..... we'll this one did and I was grateful for it and the free water. The lake/ pond wasn't scenic or relaxing it was filthy muddy looking. It wasn't my type of scene to relax in.

It was fine for our purpose. Nothing to brag about. Basic and outdated. Nonetheless clean and seemed safe.

Good location for visiting family, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Very nice lobby area with very good continental breakfast—plenty of delicious coffee, teas, juice, and fruit. Nice renovation—almost looks new—very clean.

Wonderful staff

There was ALWAYS someone at the front desk, and everyone was very friendly. The room was comfortable, but the bed was a bit high for our liking. Didn't really enjoy the 3 tiny pillows on the bed, but i had a most excellent sleep for a hotel. Was very pleased!

The sheets were dirty and there were a lot of bugs and ants in the room. We were able to change to a different room and encountered the same problems.

Staff at is great, room is clean, area not the greatest area but that’s just Montgomery in general.
